Order Placed Amount Deducted But No Further update post that in the site or from your Support end
I have placed order on 15 Feb 2026, Amount deducted but no order history in the site. When contacted support they told wait for 24 hrs it might be due to server issue but its 48 hrs now no order in the site no customer support no email support no whats app support.

Bad experience
The order was not placed even after the payment is deducted. The payment was done through razor pay gateway and received the confirmation for it. And the payment is also reflecting in the credit card statement. But the order is still in the cart and not reflecting in my orders.
Based on customer experience
Looking at the reviews there lots of negative reviews. And non of the reviews is resolved. I need to avoid this before I got myself into a situation where customer service is bad.
Pathetic application
I can’t even login using my registered number it keeps loading and shows the message that something went wrong please try again.

Worst service
I am totally disappointed by ur service. It’s been a months already where I have sent the product for refund which was a Tommy Hilfiger quartz analog watch and I have got no update on the same. This is very unprofessional what you are doing
Not user friendly
Use this app only to select the watches, I ordered a police watch and received a defect product. Return process is not convenient, it’s a tedious process.
Delivery and Customer support
I am facing a delivery issues and titan is not ready to support. They had ended the conversation abruptly before even understanding my concern. I regret purchasing from the online store. It’s better to purchase these items in person rather than chasing these people. It’s waste of time and hard earned money

Payment made but order not placed. Later when payment is made and order is placed delivery is not fulfilled even after 6 days

Titan is fraud application doing fraud activity with coustmer. I placed one watch online which estimated delivery date is 04 aug 2024 but today is 10 aug 2024 my product is not yet delivered payment already done bt still they didnt deliver product and last night ask review for product such a make fool to people…
They make fraud with blue dart courier daily send message like delivered your product today bt blue dart delivery boy just missed call and resend message coustmer not reachable also coustmer service of both companies are not interested to resolve issue of coustmer..

Frustrating
While scrolling down for 2 or 3 times app automatically turning off and again i need to set all the filter and start from the beginning again after 2or 3 scrolling turn off
