TitanLog 2.4 — Plate math that matches your gym, faster set logging, and a sharper app icon. PLATE MATH USES YOUR BAR Train in pounds and you now get a 45 lb bar with 45/35/25/10/5/2.5 lb plates, so 135 lb reads as one 45 a side instead of the odd numbers it used to show. Trap bar, Smith machine, and EZ bar each carry their own weight — 60, 20, and 25 lb — because loading them all as a 45 lb bar was off by as much as a whole plate per side. The diagram loads the way you do: heaviest plate against the collar, lightest at the end. Set what your gym actually has under Profile → Plates & barbell. LOGGING A SET IS FASTER Weight and reps used to be two screens — the pad slid away and a new one slid back for every set. Now it is one pad that stays put: the highlight moves to Reps, both numbers stay on screen, and the keys never shift under your thumb. Tap either number to jump back and fix it. REP TARGETS BESIDE THE KEYS On lifts that track weight, 6, 8, 10 and 12 sit down the right side of the pad. Type the weight, tap the count, and the set is logged without ever leaving the weight field. Anything else you still type. A BIGGER SET ENTRY PAD Tap a weight and the pad opens tall enough to see what you type. The exercise name sits at the top so you always know what you are logging, and the loaded bar is drawn right under the number on barbell lifts. FIX A SET YOU ALREADY LOGGED Tap any logged set to change its weight or reps, and add a note while you are there — form cues, plate setup, whatever you want to remember next time. ONE-ARM AND ONE-LEG WORK COUNTS BOTH SIDES A set of one-arm cable rows is done on each side, so the weight you enter counts twice toward your volume — the same as holding a dumbbell in each hand. It applies to 47 lifts, from Pallof presses and single-leg calf raises to barbell lunges, and you can switch it off for any exercise. BODY WEIGHT ON EVERY WORKOUT Your body weight is saved with each session and now shown with it: in the header while you train, on every card in History, and in the workout summary. Stats closes with a body weight trend, so you can see where you are heading. IMPORT FROM HEVY Switching over? Profile → Import → Import from Hevy takes your export straight in: workouts, sets, warm-ups and drop sets, notes and RPE. Hevy's file records whether you logged in kilos or pounds, so the numbers arrive exactly as you entered them. Importing from Strong still works and is now labelled as such. IMPORT A TEMPLATE FROM A FILE Profile → Import → Import template picks a .titanlog file directly. Use it when a mail app or file manager strips the file's type on the way in and tapping a shared template doesn't open TitanLog. ABANDONING A WORKOUT NOW DISCARDS IT Abandon a session and it is deleted along with every set in it. Only workouts you finish are kept, so half-started sessions no longer sit in your history or count toward your Stats totals. The confirmation tells you before you tap. FIXED TEMPLATE TARGETS When you saved a workout as a template, the rep target was always written as 8-12 no matter what you actually did — a single set of 5 came back as "1 x 8-12". Sets, reps, and weight now all come from the session you saved. NEW APP ICON The arm is redrawn with real depth and shading instead of the flat silhouette, and it reads more clearly at small sizes on your home screen. Your highlight color still re-tints it, so Orange, Blue, Red, Green, Pink, and Purple all follow along. Questions or feedback? info@yost.group
