아주 좋은 앱이네요! 궁금한 게 생겨서 메일을 보내 봤는데 정확한 답변을 받을 수 있어요. 요즘 전부 구독제인데 이렇게 업뎃 잘 되는 앱을 평생 구매할 수 있게 해 주셔서 감사합니다.
does what I need, and keeps improving
This app does what I want, is frequently updated with fixes and new features, is less expensive than other to-do apps, is flexible to handle either complex filtering or subtasks or just simple lists when you need them, allows me to continue using the native Reminders app for sharing lists, and has options to buy all features once, to support with a subscription, or to just support in single payments when you want. (Which means those of us with the means to support can opt in, and those who can’t afford an ongoing subscription are still able to access all features for a one-time payment.)

Stops alerting me
It just stops alerting me for no reason. I can’t figure out why
Great app but..
Been using since fall of 2025. App was excellent, worthy of 5 star review. Recently, performance issues have been popping up while on latest iphone air, ios updated, app fully updated. The lag has been getting really bad. I’ve tried deleting old tasks, ensuring secrets in advanced features are not turned on…
Hoping next update will fix.

Promising Task Manager with Room for Improvement
It’s a decent app with many productivity features.
I’ve personally never liked apps that hijack your Reminders and force you to use them as a way of managing your tasks, but this one is particularly well done.
Unfortunately the biggest drawback is feature parity between the two apps. Things like subtasks, URLs, and photos can be added in either Reminders or GoodTask, but not usable in the other app.
If this can be remedied, I’d definitely consider this app a worthwhile task manager.

꾸준한 업데이트+이거 하나로 일정관리 끝
리뷰 한번도 안써봤는데 이번 업데이트 보고 진짜 좋아서 리뷰 씁니다! 이 앱 하나면 모든 일정관리가 너무 편해집니다. 보조로 쓰고 있던 앱 싹 다 지웠네요 깔끔하고 필요한 기능 다 있고 최고요!

I love this app, takes a while to get used to, and I’m still learning it. But I can see already with the customisation and flexibility that it’s a winner!
Good app. Amazingly useful. But…
It’s got so many features as to be overwhelming in its complexity. It’s got so many options, that figuring out how to make it do what you want it to do is sometimes extremely difficult. It could use major improvement and how you create filters. If you want to create a filter that has “AND” and “OR” logic in it, be prepared to spend a lot of time trying things out, because the app’s filter logic is schizophrenic.

Супер классное и удобное приложение. Постоянно что то скачивала для удобства. И тут попалось это приложение, удалила все и построила свою систему только на заметках и напоминаниях, все это объединила через goodtask. Это просто сказочное удобство, которое не описать. больше ничего не надо, настолько все удобно, ничего лишнего, отдельное спасибо за виджеты. Спасибо за приложение, однозначно покупка!

You can make it as complex or as simple as you’d like
I’ve been trying this out the last few days. I had a few issues setting up a replica of Linear sprints (work stuff) but for personal tasks. Developer is unbelievably responsive and helpful. Completely solved my issue.
It requires some patience, but is a remarkably powerful tool. Considering it’s essentially a visual layer over your iOS reminders, it’s remarkable.
I love that they don’t read your data. E2E encryption on iOS reminders, and therefore here as well.

Decent functionality but frequent crashing and sync delay
It crashes when it cant keep up with your edits and sync back to Reminders. Then it is a major headache to open it snd switch to another view in the app as it continues to crash. This seems to be an issue with delayed sync back in the app Smart list views or widget coordination. The Smart lists is where this problem exists. Makes it unusable until the app can figure out where it all is in the updates and sync across views, etc. Ive had to restart the device to unstick the app. Annoying. But the Smart lists are the main problem, selecting and trying to update goes thru crash after crash. I cant update on the ‘next three days’ snd be able to then reliably switch to full list view without a crash. So good idea with unreliable sync execution inside the app itself across views. I think the $20 one time price is a little overpriced for the execution issues.

캘린더 미리알림 모두 연동되고 투두목록별로 묶어둘수도있고 지금은 무료체험 기간이지만 결제할 것 같아요 근데 한가지 요청사항이라면!!! 다른 사용자 초대해서 보거나 투두메이트처럼 다른 사람들 것을 보면서 동기부여 혹은 참고 받을 수 있는 것도 있었으면 좋겠어요!!! 제 것만 돼서 아쉬워요 초대해가지구 친구들이랑 같이 할 수 있으면 더 조을 것 같아요!!!!!!! 제발 ㅠㅠ
A bit misleading
After downloading the GoodTask app, I found the wording to be a bit sneaky for two options of offering a free trial period for 14 days or signing up to the subscription which did not mention the price.
I like it a lot!
I’ve been using this app for years now and I think it’s one of the best apps for making and adjusting and viewing reminders. Thank you.
Great app and NO privacy concern here
When I saw a review indicating a privacy concern it was obvious some people may not understand how this app works.
Unlike most todo apps, this one provides a new interface to access your Apple Reminders. The whole point is to use the system Apple has set up and add more capability.
There is a nice task manager called Things. It works well but doesn’t have location based reminders like Apple Reminders. Since Goodtask works WITH Apple Reminders data you get all the features already there including location based reminders. You’re also not storing your data on some third party server like many other task managers due.
Another advantage is there is less chance of obsolescence. If a program like Things goes away I have no access to my data. If the developer of Goodtask stops development all your tasks are still in Apple Reminders.

Essential!
Coming from Android, I love how Apple has the reminder app and how it integrates with the calendar. Unfortunately, the widgets are useless. I was looking for a reminder widget, but this is so much more. It shows the reminders AND the calendar events. It integrates with Apple’s data so there is no need to set up a special account. I love my games, but this is my favorite app. It is a one stop shop for keeping me organized and on time.

너무너무 잘 쓰고있는데, 일정을 ‘하지못함‘ ’진행중‘으로도 표시할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 미리알림과 연동은 안되어도 괜찮으니, 표시가 가능하면 좋겠습니다.
