You can’t order coffee
I downloaded the app because the worker recommended it, but it’s only allowing me to order ahead 3 different cakes. There’s nothing else it’s allowing me to order. There’s no rewards barcode to scan at register, and I can’t add missing points anywhere.
Can’t add missed receipts
App sucks. I can’t add points for purchases I forgot to use the app? Which company doesn’t allow you to do that these days? Even Paris Baguette, their biggest competitor allows an option to scan receipts. They need to fix it now.

What a crappie app. Who is in charge of this? 2026 and its just garbage. You can’t do absolutely anything. The only good thing you get the app to get a free cookie that’s it. I will delete it from my phone but I’ll be back on my birthday to see if I get something free.

i downloaded the app to be able to get points but there’s no way to scan a receipt and when i asked the workers to scan my barcode they said they can’t. What’s the point of the app then?
Terrible App Great in Person
I’ve tried the App twice bc we love the bakery, but each time the App deletes your profile after a couple months. You then have to start a WHOLE NEW profile and all points are gone. Not worth trying to use honestlyjust go in person and enjoy.

You have to log in every time
So annoying. No option to keep it singed in. Every time I have to log in and usually at toys les jours, the internet is so so slow. The rewards expire pretty soon.

The location i go to is great but this app is not helpful.
1. Have to login every time I open the app so when I’m in line I have to keep it open or I can’t log my transaction.
2. Basically zero offers or promos. Nothing desirable enough to make me want to use app more. They’ve had the same sign-up promo showing for months.
3. It’d be easier to have the account ID as a card in Wallet since you have to spend so much for a single reward.

Doesn’t work
This app is terrible. The cashier said scanning failed so no rewards were added and told me to come back next time. By “next time”, she didn’t mean that she will add my missing points but that I can come by and purchase more things and try again. PB’s app and rewards system is so much more superior.

At the TLJ near my house, they never ask if customers have accounts or not, and sometime i show them my tlj app they don’t even understand what I’m showing even it’s shift manager . Also they forgot my cookies rewards once. What the point to have a loyalty app for points then? Train the staffs mor enthusiasm please.

Unusable app
The app is completely useless. I have to reauthenticate every time I launch it, it takes for absolutely ever, and then, most of the time it shows no points whatsoever as if it were the first time I ever used it. It’s been like that since day one: I can’t believe no one ever top the time to address the issues.

You will lose lots of customers because of this stupid app.Today is 2026,21st century.We don’t use pigeons for delivery mails and news.We use apps for everything.
Horrible app
App throws a blank screen and can’t log in to scan for points. Lost at least three purchases worth of points because the stupid app won’t load. Even the workers say a lot of customers have issues with the app.
Don’t Bother Ordering Ahead
I placed an order ahead and it was canceled, allegedly due to items out of stock. Why even have that as an option? You’re gambling placing an order whether or not you’ll actually get it?????

DONT DOWNLOAD
Went to use my signup cookie coupon at the store and they tell me they're not using the app. Direct me to flex rewards and tell me i need to do 10 purchases before getting $5 off. What a scam and waste of time. Why make the app when ur store isn't even gonna honor it?? I took my business elsewhere
