Why does this exist
This website and app are possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a graphical interface. Lazy coding, hyperlinks that don’t work, an app that does nothing for you. It is a useless money pit for HOAs. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

A suggestion/request: allow board members to post on the forum either as the HOA Board or as an individual.
Town square app
I have two properties that use CERA Management. Doesn’t look like I’m able to enter them both or have two accounts. I can’t find anybody to talk to in the office, they keep giving me this information and I can’t get into the right account
Set Up Issues
I have the app downloaded, selected sign up, received and confirmed email. Confirm my info and enter and confirm password, then it just spins, nothing happens. Can't even get into app.
Unable to save privacy settings
My address continues to display even when I don’t have the option checked. I try to make other changes to privacy settings and there’s no option to actually save the changes, so they’re discarded.
