Broken cash cow
How does this app have a 4.8???!!!! This Toyota system that runs this app is TERRIBLE!! It’s extremely delayed, the digital key takes a long time for it to connect to your car, working only sometimes. Yet they want you to pay monthly for multiple subscriptions that are linked to functionality that may or may not work. I don’t know what to say they’re never gonna fix it buy a different car.

Don't trust app to keep service records
EVERYTIME this app updates getting to service history becomes more difficult. After this last update only three service records show. Two that I entered going back four years and one dealer record going back seven years. None of the records before or after these are available. Very, very disappointing.

Not ready for primetime
First, the digital key wouldn’t work after calling back-and-forth to the dealer to Toyota connect three times they finally sent it to a tech two days later they sent me an email and it actually let me set it up. Second ,I start Car from inside the house with the Toyota app. I have my air-conditioning set to 68 , the ventilated seats on the car starts fine 10 minutes later I come out and it’s only blowing hot air until I get in press the break and press the start button . Called Toyota connect on that they have no clue. Hoping you can get an app update soon so I can use my
subscription before it runs out i’m not the only one with this problem according to groups on FB and Reddit

After paying $70,000
I can’t believe that I’m paying $80 a year to use this app. Yes it works nice but I should not be paying for it.

App works great but missing temp control and would be next level if it had option for steering wheel , seat and windshield defogger.

Doesn’t work
Waste of time. Repeatedly I manually input my VIN after scanning didn’t work. Then it said close the app while it updates. Close app button didn’t work. I checked after manually closing it and it lost my VIN. GARBAGE.
