The product is a decent selection but the shipping prices are a deterrent. I brought things from here before and now the shipping is 2-3 times as much. Which makes me buy less or find other alternatives. Also there are never any deal or coupons

An experience not worth repeating
Avoid this company. Itβs based in Spain, so if youβre in the UK, returns will cost you.
My biggest issue was ending up with a duplicate order somehow. One parcel arrived with all my delivery details, the other with just my name and postcode, which meant I couldnβt even log into my account to sort it out.
Customer service was painfully slow, with huge gaps between replies. By the time Iβd gotten enough help to actually explain the problem, the 30-day return window had already closed.
Between the poor communication, messy delivery process, and unhelpful support, this was a genuinely frustrating experience. Iβd never use this company again and canβt recommend them.
