User reviews

needs improvement

This is a great app, with some caveats. The good is that it allows for a high degree of customizability, Mesocycle tracking, rep and time ranges for auto regulation, and toggles for advanced metrics (especially for calisthenics). No other app caters to advanced, data-driven athletes the way this app does. However, the interface is very buggy and glitchy. It seems like a webview app (that accesses some external webpage) rather than a native app. This renders the app extremely slow to load, which annoys me enough that I don’t enjoy using it. Some of the fields when logging and just the user interface elements in general are too small or wacky. Hope to see updates soon!

A team that clearly knows what’s needed.

Really good tool that helps you with your training. The creator clearly knows what a strength or muscle building athlete needs. The pre planning feature lets you plan your training for a bigger time frame („mesocycle“) and makes progressive overload plannable. At the beginning it needs some time to get used to the planning process and to create a whole Meso. Just take your time, plan your training for the next month or so, and than you don’t need to worry again until next month. Love it so far.
Better that most other apps that I tried.
