Train got delayed and missed a meeting
Broke feature
The “Feature feedback” feature is broken. When I tap into the text box, the keyboard pops up. But there is no way to dismiss the keyboard and therefore there’s no way to press the submit button.

Hard to navigate
Twice now I’ve gone to get my ticket and the app has logged me out needing a re sign in just as I need the ticket at the barrier
Easy travelling
Train clean, on time, air conditioning and smooth ride. A good service.
Nice app, easy to use!
I do like the app and how easy it is to book a ticket, as well as refund if needed. One downside is I cannot book tickets for multiple days, for example with the 26-30 railcard i can only book day tickets, so if I need tickets for the whole week I would have to do it one by one. Other apps from train providers dirextly would allow this.

Really easy ap to use and cheaper price than at least two sites I looked at.
Pointless app
Charges you high booking fees but refuse to handle refunds from cancellations or 5 hour delays. I might as well book directly through the train company and save the booking fees if I have to do everything myself! Support says they only do the bookings, but don’t bother with resolving issues and refunds.

Scamming
A lot of the discounts are fake, and they don’t price match even after providing proof, and you can get cheaper tickets on other apps like trainline.
