Forced Promo Notifications
Good app but massively let down by the forced promotional app notifications. I have now turned them off three times now and they keep magically turning themselves on. Slimy tactics ruining a functional app.
Wrong seat reservations
Assigns me seats that don’t exist. Then assigns me a standard seat in First Class. With Split tickets there’s no attempt to get a seat in same carriage so you have to make your way 3 carriages down to get your next seat.
Good handy reliable
Have been using for many months numerous times a week ,easy to navigate ,saved money every week.

Disappointing
It is somewhat disheartening that it isn’t possible to link a Disabled Person’s Railcard to my TrainPal account . Indeed, it is the only major railcard that this cannot be done with ,which is a major shortcoming of the app, in my humble opinion and is the main reason why I have marked it down.
