Chat CS nya cukup responsif dan sangat membantu. Jadilah buat transaksi baru tanpa membayar lagi atau refund. Cukup mengkopikan transaction ID yang baru ke WA CSnya. Setelah itu pembayaran terverifikasi dan mungkin sekitar 3-4 jam uang sudah di terima di saudi.

pls stay away from this app teman2, pakai yg reliable aja spt: wise utk transfer2 ke luar negeri. saya transfer dijanjikan sampai dalam 2jam, malah disuruh nunggu 2hari. duit nyangkut minta refund ribet dan rugi waktu.

I’m a new student coming to the United States to pursue a graduate education so this is my first time dealing with Indo-USA banking and remittance system. I was a little bit apprehensive of the company considering its relatively new existence, but I took the leap of faith and started my first experience with Transfez by transferring a couple thousands of dollars to my BofA account. The apprehension cleared up once Transfez successfully transferred the amount in less than two banking days (!).
