Hi there, thank you so much for sharing your concern with us. I completely understand how confusing it can feel, so let me clarify a bit. We do offer many features for free — for example, Conversation Translation and Image Translation come with generous daily free quotas. Features like Video Translation and Simultaneous Interpretation are part of our advanced tools, so they do require Shells to use. On our website and app store descriptions, we’ve never stated that all features are fully free. In fact, we also clearly mention that Video Translation and Simultaneous Interpretation are pay-as-you-go features. Still, we always try to make the essential features accessible to everyone. About getting more Shells: You’ll receive Shells when you create an account and from our monthly sign-in rewards. At the moment, additional Shells can only be purchased. If anything still feels unclear or if you’re having trouble with your Shell balance, please feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help, and we truly appreciate you giving our app a try. 💛

翻訳の精度や、音を拾う機能は高く、暴風時のライブ配信を翻訳した際には小さな話し声もちゃんと翻訳されていて、とても驚くと共に企業努力に感銘を受けました。ありがとうございます。
私は、推しのライブ配信の翻訳をこのアプリでしているのですが、10秒スキップや10秒戻ることができないので不便さを感じています。
また、課金も千円からの選択肢しかないので、財布の小さい事を言わせてもらいますと、もう少し小さい単位から換金できますと大変喜ばしいです。

この度は、貴重なご意見と温かいお言葉をいただき、誠にありがとうございます。 翻訳精度や音声認識についてご評価いただき、大変嬉しく思っております。開発チーム一同、大きな励みになります。 また、ご提案いただいた内容についてもありがとうございます。 まず、チャージいただいたShellは有効期限がなく、期限切れになることはありません。そのため、もしよろしければ、一度チャージしていただき、必要なときに少しずつご利用いただくこともご検討いただければ幸いです。 また、「10秒スキップ」や「10秒戻る」機能につきましては、私たちがまだご要望を十分に理解できていない可能性があります。 ライブ配信の場合、配信サービス自体が早送りや巻き戻しに対応していないケースでは、私たちのアプリ側でも同様の操作を実現することが難しいと考えております。 もしイメージされている機能が別のものでしたら、ぜひ support@transgull.com までメールで詳しくお聞かせいただけますでしょうか。 どのような場面で、どのような操作を希望されているのかを詳しく教えていただければ、今後の開発の参考として検討させていただきます。 今後とも翻訳カモメをよろしくお願いいたします。
