I don’t get it? it scans my card but doesn’t store it to you on the bus? Completely useless.
Never works
No matter how many times or what I do the bloody thing can never scan my card , meaning I have to travel to the office to find out what’s on my card …uselsss

It kept telling me there's nothing on the card and it just doesn't work.
Doesn’t work
Loaded app ok but takes me back to the Home Screen and doesn’t show card. Then it asks me to load my card again. Not impressed.
Waste of time and pointless
Eventually scans card (seniors bus pass)but that’s it! Shows info on card but no way to save card digitally on i phone or digital wallet so cannot see any benefit in having this application, so don’t bother!

Doesn’t Work for Saltirecard
Regardless of how you position your phone over the card or position the cared itself, the App will not scan.
Please add a camera option
Please add a camera option, it's taking so long for it to scan, and I still did not scan it.
Dreadful app
Waste of time…loaded my +60 Saltire…but nothing stored! Like others have said…great idea but terrible execution….looks like I’ll have to stick with my physical card!
Confused
I was hoping that this app would allow me to store my card details on my phone to save me carrying the physical card when I get the bus. It took ages to scan and then gave me just the information that I could see for myself on the card. The only option was to then to return home and do it all again. I am very confused as to why this app would be a good idea.

Waste of time
Installed it to use young Scot card as my son keeps losing his. Took 10 minutes to scan the card which it said was successful and it showed all the correct details on the page but then it went to Home Screen telling me to do it all over again. I repeated this numerous of times before giving up and deleting the app

App not great
Tried the app and it will not scan my new disabled bus pass. Have tried a few times and have now given up. App os no good and needs updating.

It doesn’t seem to be a replacement for the existing physical card, so a bit pointless in most cases.,
Very easy
I paid attention to the the instructions following the guide for phones with the ability to scan and it was a pleasantly easy thing to do!
