Does the app even work I installed it and it won’t go past the main menu I was on Wi-Fi disconnected the 5G and it’s still not working. Other than that, my wife loves her new shoes.

Garbage App

I was gifted these shoes and was looking forward to tracking my steps. The shoes won’t sync with my Bluetooth.

Shoes won’t connect to app

Bought two pairs of shoes and neither of them will connect to the app. One will show up but won’t connect. The other pair did not even show when shaking the shoe. However the comfort of the shoe was very nice.
