We have stopped here many times it is always clean tidy the beach just over the road and they’ve got a Wetherspoons and all the staff are friendly it is just lovely
Useless
Once you login, it doesn’t show your booking! You have to enter your booking reference, surname and hotel name to find your booking! But all that information are in my email, if I found my email about my booking, why I need to use the APP??? Travelodge group is much richer than some 5 stars hotel, spend your IT money wisely!

Flaky website
Travelodge website is the worst booking website I’ve ever used. I have spend about an hour today struggling to make a 1 night booking. This is unacceptable in 2026- get it sorted travelodge!

One of the worst apps I’ve used (or, rather, tried to use) in recent years. Unresponsive, impossible to find reservations, poor all round.

Worst app and website in the world. Makes it actively difficult to book and zero customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Dangerous, nasty and unhelpful.
It’s impossible to know what you are booking with this app. It constantly flits between the app, internet pages, screens where you are signed in and screens where you are signed out.
It seems the whole point is to drive revenue by causing you to make costly mistakes. Which cannot be refunded. Cost me £250. Will never use again.
There is a secret booking number which hotel staff will give out if you absolutely press them. (They are not allowed to deal with bookings themselves of course - everything must be forced through the app to maximise profit.) Use that instead.

Thin client weblink
Complete and utter waste of time, little more than a thin client weblink. After 15 mins of trying to get the app to show an existing booking I gave up and deleted it!
Nice app. Shame Apple Pay doesn't work
The app is much better than it was a few years ago. The major annoyance is that Apple Pay doesn't work. There's also no means to provide feedback other than via a review 🙄
