Don’t ever get HSA or FSA benefits through this company. They’re horrible at what they do. Thier employers as well as managers and supervisors are incorrectly educated on the laws surrounding these benefits. You’ll never get to use them
Easy and fast
Using TRI-AD and its app makes it so easy and convenient! Other apps I have used are not user friendly.

I’ve been using this app for our HSA for a couple years now and for some weird reason this evening, I cannot log in! I had to try registering again and finally got into our “account” and there isn’t any account history or balance or anything!? I’m so confused!
Of course it’s the weekend and I have nobody to talk to, so I’ve gotta wait. Despite needing access to our HSA funds for a medical expense. I hope we can get this straightened out quickly.

You can’t paste into fields easily
I use a password manager for secure passwords and financial information. If I paste a password or bank info, the app doesn’t pick it up. I have to delete and enter the final character.
Sketchy, Broken and Sexism
The design of the app and customer service do no justice and only thing they did pretty well is creating roadblock for feminine health. Tried to submit a FSA claim for the tampons bought in groceries. It’s required to choose a category for the tampons while there are NO single option could fit in (Tell me how tampons could fit in: general vision, dental, eye contact, vision), and the claim got declined of course. Maybe to this company female healthcare doesn’t deserve be an option.

Terrible Workflows
this is about the worst app I have used from the healthcare industry. It feels antiquated. It is buggy, and I had to attempt to get it finished at least five times
Too many errors
I have submitted claims for my healthcare savings, but then it is denied because it shows ineligibility since the system is trying to take funds from my dependent care account. I’ve had to call several times about this issue to get it fixed but it still has not. I’ve also been denied claims because it shows ineligible funds - the system was trying to take it out from the previous plan year which obviously has no funds. This is the first year that I’ve had issues with this app. It’s very frustrating having to call membership services to get all of these issues resolved especially when the wait on the phone is so long!

Horrible experience
Geez this is awful. So unfriendly, my husband is the cardholder / insured and it worked for him. As his spouse this does not work for me and it is awful.
Can’t upload receipts
What a terrible app! I set up my account just to upload receipts. When I hit “Add Receipt”, the app takes me to my files, I choose a receipt and nothing happens. No message, nada.
And the account I set up is not recognized on the website so that route is out.
Guess I gotta fax the stupid receipts.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Can’t loggin
I can’t even loggin but if I do it through the website it does let me in
A piece of trash
This app is just a piece of useless trash. Unable to login even we input the correct user name and password
Problems
I can’t access my health fund account / add an entry / so o can get reimbursed for this years health fund. Even my nickname isn’t recognized

PATHETIC GARBAGE, EMBARRASSING!
This CRAPTASTIC attempt at an app is an epic fail! NEVER able to login on the app, much less use it! Delete, reinstall, restart phone…and every combination thereof makes ZERO difference! Yet…I can login just fine on the website, so you know it has nothing to do with your login and everything to do with this complete and utter waste of time and storage space on your device. Don’t waste your time and save yourself the frustration…just use the website…and pray it retains enough functionality to continue to be usable. I hope whoever they used to develop the app is not the same person or persons maintaining the website!!

This app doesn’t even have rudimentary reports, for tax items like funds forfeited. Add some useful reports!
Pretty Bad….
Not only does the App take forever to load, the website is an abomination. It’s a rarity I can successfully access my FSA or HSA on first attempt and it usually just times out. Never had a positive or consistency user experience with the App or website. Hire new developers please.
App won’t even let me login.
All I would like to do is check my HSA balance, but Tri-Ads website is not loading and the phone app won’t even let me login. I have been on hold with customer service for three hours and counting. I hope that my employer drops this garbage bank ASAP.
