Don’t ever get HSA or FSA benefits through this company. They’re horrible at what they do. Thier employers as well as managers and supervisors are incorrectly educated on the laws surrounding these benefits. You’ll never get to use them

Using TRI-AD and its app makes it so easy and convenient! Other apps I have used are not user friendly.
App is so finicky. Help!
I’ve been using this app for our HSA for a couple years now and for some weird reason this evening, I cannot log in! I had to try registering again and finally got into our “account” and there isn’t any account history or balance or anything!? I’m so confused!
Of course it’s the weekend and I have nobody to talk to, so I’ve gotta wait. Despite needing access to our HSA funds for a medical expense. I hope we can get this straightened out quickly.

You can’t paste into fields easily
I use a password manager for secure passwords and financial information. If I paste a password or bank info, the app doesn’t pick it up. I have to delete and enter the final character.
Sketchy, Broken and Sexism
The design of the app and customer service do no justice and only thing they did pretty well is creating roadblock for feminine health. Tried to submit a FSA claim for the tampons bought in groceries. It’s required to choose a category for the tampons while there are NO single option could fit in (Tell me how tampons could fit in: general vision, dental, eye contact, vision), and the claim got declined of course. Maybe to this company female healthcare doesn’t deserve be an option.
