Latest update mess
So, previously wasn’t having any issue with the app until now. It seems that after an update, it’s a much lengthier process to add time off to a staff’s timeclock. Before it could be done on the same “time off” tab but now I have to navigate all the way through all PTO requests, select the specific worker and then add.

Love how I can manage and pull up all of my information just with a touch for a few buttons… No more calculating time or wondering how many hours I made on past day. Love it
Payroll not deposited
This company is the reason I’m not getting MY MONEY today. Horrible experience and they won’t make up for it.
Feature broken?
I use the app often for HR stuff while I’m on the go, but the notifications of posts in the People Hub no longer work. This would be a 5 star HR app, if that feature was fixed.
Not great
Constantly says “we don’t recognize your device or browser” when using the app and have to send a code. Also can see schedule very well.
Not usable
Completely unusable. Down all the time and never works when you need it to. If your iOS is too updated it might also stop working.
Paystub feature doesn’t work
Paystub feature literally just doesn’t work, it always shows there is an error and it’s been this way for months. App is useless.
App doesn't do much.
Many quirks . On iPhone it can not get past a simple task like uploading a pic to submit a flex benefit. Commuter receipt. After selection of pic you can review the pic but there is no option to proceed. Just 'cancel' or 'manage' which brings you back to step 1.
Contact button for HELP does not activate.
Basically Trinet wants you to endlessly search user forums or their own outdated data.

Doesn’t work
Their last update to this app was 9months ago. Doesn’t suppose iOS18, can’t use it for work which is a huge inconvenience.
No longer works
Once I updated the app, it only opens and doesn’t load. I am unable to use the app now.

Mobile App Not Working
Hello, it has been a week since I emailed the support team. The mobile app is not working with IOS 18. It takes much longer to log in via desktop.
Not loading
It hasn't able to load past for screen while login in
Cannot log in.
My app will allow me to enter my information but will not finish the log in process. I only get the spinning wheel of death.
App doesn’t work with new iOS
When you open the app it just freezes and nothing loads. Today was payday and I can’t see how I got paid. Sad.

My app has not worked in a week. I deleted and added it back it wont load i use this to clock in and going online to do the whole log in process is annoying they request verification every-time making u wither clock-in late please fix this app going online is a inconvenience so now i will not give 5 stars
