HealthAdvocate doesn’t work, it’s not possible to scroll a page.
This app sucks. It logs you out and crashes 30 seconds of being logged in m. You cannot do anything and is completely unusable
It’s been four months since 2FA was reported broken (see Jan. 6 below) and it’s still not fixed. Guess I’ll just use Safari since they discontinued this app.
App does what it needed when it works. Hopeful not to see any crashing behavior.
Won’t let me log in via app
Why you don’t have a time clock on the app
Asks every time I open the app to finish onboarding which I did months ago. Had to redo my benefits and it is still showing that I have no benefits. The only reason companies use this app is the attempt to screw them over with the constant waiting and stress. Do I have benefits or don’t I where’s my vacation time. And the app is useless because you have to log in to the website to access your information. 0 out of 10

After entering my 2FA code, the keyboard stays up and covers the submit button. I can’t log in to use the app.
Convenient and reliable way to review employment-related information.
I’ve never been a huge fan of the app, but the recent UI changes foisted upon us came with a reduction in functionality too. If I could give it zero stars I would.
When I enter the verification code for login, the app doesn’t go anywhere and just sits on that page. There’s no option to press “enter” and the app doesn’t recognize that the code is entered. I have to go to the website every time. Please fix this basic issue.
Have to use website instead of app :/
The keyboard does not show up leaving no way to enter the otp code. Cannot login without. Garbage update.
I hate this app. When I had an older iPhone, it didn’t work because the app expected certain functionality that that phone didn’t have. Now, the app can’t process its own SMS 2FA code. I’m so sick of TriNot. I don’t want or need the 2FA.
The app is annoying to use and the quality of service provided by TriNet is pretty poor
Easy to navigate
why does this app never work
Quite possibly the worse HR app I’ve ever used. The chat times out and tells you that you need to type something or be signed out. But this is while you are “in queue” to talk to a rep. Also I was having issues uploading files to the claims section for FSA. The rep told me the app doesn’t work well for iPhones and to use a browser. So the iPhone app isn’t optimized to be used on iPhone and the smart phone the majority of Americans have.

I’m so sick of this app. It never fully functions- every time I attempt to use it there is a new bug. I’m currently unable to use the most important features on the app and get an alert to log in on my computer to access certain features. Um what is the point of this app existing if I have to do everything on my computer?

every time I login I need to do a policy acknowledgment before the app opens, this can only be done on the website. What is the point of having an app? Which genius came up with this rule at your organization. Some director VP needs to be fired.
