Everything is labeled clearly and easy to find. The notifications are consistent while not being annoying. It’s an easy app to navigate.
Scheduling appointments
I’ve tried to several times to schedule appointments with doctors I’ve been seeing for years! After answering the questionnaire it refers me to someone else. Someone I’ve never seen before! It should allow us to bypass that somehow!!

You have old patients that struggle enough with technology why you keep making it more difficult. It should be so easy. I can’t even use this app anymore.

Missing information
The transfer from my Loyola to this new system is very disappointing and extremely frustrating. I give this whole system including the App a 0.0 review.
Navigation not that easy
Looking for a Dr. is not that easy. Trying to find pre-op instructions I still cannot find.
Only some charges and procedures appear in app
The app, at first, appears to cover all TH services but doesn’t include after-the-fact surprise charges from TH IHA MEDICAL GROUP (their all caps not mine). The details and billing from this part of TH IHA cannot be done in app. There is more work needed on this app.
My Chart
It is difficult for elderly people to navigate. Time after time my password it lost in the system. And whatever the hell is Epic! At times it takes me two days to find the way into MyChart. Sometimes it is hard to find phone numbers that could help. And demand that I change my password. You have a messing problem with this system. I do write down my password, so why do you make me change it over and over again.

I can look at my blood work results, order medicine, and ask questions all on this app.
Failure to Communicate
This app functions like the old Loyola MyChart app. I have to assume that the people behind it are the reason for my negative experience. I have been waiting over a month and a half for a response. I am waiting on a medication to be approved. It has been three months with a very huge lack of communication from the medical side. Is this the app failure or is this a Loyola failure? Needless to say I’m searching out other options for healthcare.
