Poor transition

Transition from Loyola into larger Trinity System has been a disappointment.

Only see bills

I was literally guilt tripped into downloading this app to keep track of my daughters records. Every time I log in, all I can access is the bills. Shocker I know! Labs, imaging and medical results are not there, but the bill gets updated every other day along with many text messages telling me to check my updated bill.

😩😩

Hard to link all accounts

Confused

I can’t seem to find anything I’m looking for on this app or figure out how Toshiba my doctors nurse

MyChart

Gives test results directly to me without the physician’s take on it, isn’t my favorite! I use a lot of other apps and they are much more user friendly. Not a fan of MyChart at all and wish I would have never installed it on my phone!

Billing

I could not pay my hospital bill. It would not take my debit card either with or without spaces between each set of 4 numbers. I’m also finding using my new passcodes very difficult. I must press hard or the number won’t show up and then I get warnings that I only have 3 times more to get it right. Not pleased with this app.

Terrible, sloppy

I keep getting messages about billing. Trinity doesn’t answer when i message them in the app. There are no phone numbers for anything listed when I go to contact information. Clinic directions are terrible. They just show an address and launch a third party app. The third party app is wrong. Put a printable pdf map and instructions written by clinic staff. Navigating facilities and parking areas are terrible. Using incorrect external map applications adds an extra layer of chaos and stress. Lots of room for improvement viewing test results and notes.

Back to add. What abysmal design. What abysmal service. I pro actively put in a request for information and receive three THREE auto generated messages about the topic but don’t hear back from anyone for a week. I have trouble reaching an appointment line and can’t schedule in the app, so i sent a message asking how to schedule. The response i receive was is THIS IS NOT A PHYSICIANS OFFICE. CONTACT YOUR PHYSICIAN. All attempts to contact a physician go to a central line that is automated and does not schedule for my appointment. Infuriating all the way down. Has my chart or Trinity ever considered doing an audit of service? Is there an existing toxic and yes man environment? This app and organization creates more obstacles than anything i have ever experienced. I say this as a former administrator. I sure hope i never get sick. I’m dealing with fairly minor league stuff right now and every step of arranging care is painful and incredibly drawn out.

Appointment Scheduling Issue

I can never, for the life of me, schedule appointments through the app. There’s never a location within 50 miles available to take my appointments.

Needs to be more customizable to personal view

I struggle to find information and read test results. I find myself lost in window upon window upon window.

Nightmare

This app is the literal worst, whoever approved its release should lose their job. None of my test results, medication history or after visit notes migrated over from the legacy app. I am unable to filter on appointment times or select/deselect people off a provider list. Has this organization never heard of beta testing an app before releasing it?!

Add additional option

The question asking the “reason for the visit” should have mammogram, routine or annual visit/checkup as an option. Annual visits or checkups don’t always have a disease or condition.

Lo mejor

Me encanta, toda la información de tus citas , resultados , pagos todo en un sola Aplicación es muy fácil y muy cómodo y sobre todo nos da tranquilidad

Super user friendly

Very easy to navigate, easy to use and prompt notifications. Very happy with the app!

It’s Great

Everything is labeled clearly and easy to find. The notifications are consistent while not being annoying. It’s an easy app to navigate.

Scheduling appointments

I’ve tried to several times to schedule appointments with doctors I’ve been seeing for years! After answering the questionnaire it refers me to someone else. Someone I’ve never seen before! It should allow us to bypass that somehow!!

Test Results

Would be nice if there was an easy way to print from my chart

Old patient

You have old patients that struggle enough with technology why you keep making it more difficult. It should be so easy. I can’t even use this app anymore.

ER is still 5 STARS

Seen quickly and after initial exam and details taken, tests were taken.

Missing information

The transfer from my Loyola to this new system is very disappointing and extremely frustrating. I give this whole system including the App a 0.0 review.
