Technical issues within chart
Bad luck maneuvering through the chart. Freezes and stops responding. Must close app and restart.

Convenience
I can look at my blood work results, order medicine, and ask questions all on this app.
Failure to Communicate
This app functions like the old Loyola MyChart app. I have to assume that the people behind it are the reason for my negative experience. I have been waiting over a month and a half for a response. I am waiting on a medication to be approved. It has been three months with a very huge lack of communication from the medical side. Is this the app failure or is this a Loyola failure? Needless to say I’m searching out other options for healthcare.

MyChart has made accessing my doctor , health info and connections to other medical facilities easy. Requesting refills and setting up appointments easy too. Very happy with MyChart!

Terrible, sloppy
I keep getting messages about billing. Trinity doesn’t answer when i message them in the app. There are no phone numbers for anything listed when I go to contact information. Clinic directions are terrible. They just show an address and launch a third party app. The third party app is wrong. Put a printable pdf map and instructions written by clinic staff. Navigating facilities and parking areas are terrible. Using incorrect external map applications adds an extra layer of chaos and stress. Lots of room for improvement viewing test results and notes.

MY CHART
I find the Epic My Chart very helpful in retrieving. Information about my diagnosis and treatment. In addition, it’s helpful by allowing me to send a question to my healthcare providers instead of calling the Drs office. The doctors I see respond well to my questions at a time that’s convenient to them,which is fine. The Epic system also keeps track of all of my appointments and reminds me of times and places.

Make an Appointment
Although my doctor’s office states I can use My Chart to make an appointment, when I chose my doctor in the app, it stated there were no places within 50 miles. My doctor is only six miles away. Very frustrating!

Review of MyChart
I find I have only one fault with the my chart application. Since January, I have been trying to get them to correct the amount I have to pay to a specialist to show $15. It continually shows $10 will not take the extra five and then I have to pay the five when I come into the office. I don’t know why this issue cannot be addressed and taken care of. Everything else I like. I enjoy being able to send notes to my doctor, I enjoy seeing what my next appointments are and who they are with, I enjoy being able to double check what medications I’m on, all the different tabs that you have and I’ve checked out. I haven’t any problems with them. The only problem is when I do early check-in and can’t put the $15 in for a specialist.

I have used this since hospital began using.
Here is one complaint.
Give me a button that allows me to all of ny last lab reports. Less than half of doctors subscribe to this hospital so they have no access. So, this current one, I need to make a dozen screenshots and print them one at a time.
I’m sure others face the same problem.

They send you re
Records from the old MyChart didn’t transfer over
Records on the new system only go back since it’s implementation. I wish they would have migrated all the data to the new system.

Great system- easy to make appointments, text doctor, see results, and pay bills quickly!
