They constantly read my mind!

As a frequent, world-traveling pilot, I've tried them all — TripIt, TripKit, you name it. Tripsy blows them all away.

I've used it since the early versions and it's now my go-to home base for every trip. Highlights:

📧 Email forwarding/sync — rock solid, every time
📄 Document handling — forward an email and Tripsy parses it and links back to the original, so nothing ever gets lost
🗓️ Day-by-day itinerary — clean and constantly improving
✨ Interface — modern, intuitive
💬 Support — genuinely responsive, real people who listen

The team keeps rolling out features I didn't know I needed but now can't live without.

Highly recommend for casual travelers and road warriors alike. ✈️

Do not download

I wish I could have rated this app -5 but unfortunately apple does not provide that rating. This app is horrid and confusing. It keeps forgetting where I am. I put in that I booked out of a certain hotel and into a new one like a week ago on the time line and every time I tried to add an activity it keeps taking me back to that hotel LIKE I WAS ONLY IN THE THING FOR 5 MINUTES OMG also it is so money hungry it keeps begging me to buy premium like no how about you make a good app first.

Stay

I wish the purple dot in the sliding calendar would show on all the nights that I have accommodation, not just the check in and check out days, that way I can see where I need to book accommodation.

Love the app

I didn’t think I would find better than Trippit until I found Tripsy! Already planned several trips and love it. Would be good to add a packing checklist on each trip perhaps

Travel app experience

I’ve used this on one trip already and it was very handy. I’m using it to plan another trip, and the integration of Claude and Tripsy through MCP works really well. I was able to have Claude read where I was staying from Tripsy, plan an activity itinerary, and then have Claude communicate with Tripsy to add those activities in to the schedule. It worked without a hitch.

lifetime payments or a better freemium tier??

tripsy is great as it is. nothing to say abt it. but most of it is under a subscription.

i and many overs would love an improvement to the freemium tier, and a lifetime payment for those not keen in paying annually or monthly.

if u were to implement lifetime payments, a reasonable price for us would be greatly appreciated 😄

let’s go tripsy!!

Nice app but too bug

1) the travel stats/tripsy book could accurately calucate my stats, and take forever to update and run the calucation. Very disappiointing

2) consumes quite a long of memory, frozed and forec quited 2 twice

3) the thumbnail photos for each trip is very slow to load, some of them never managed to show properly.

4) Need a better calendar/itinerary view for clarity.

5) quite some trouble to add new activites/locations, not intuitive and user-friendly enough

6) need to work on the expense tracker (it's good enough to start with, definitely a nice and much-needed feature), but need more categories and details for clarify.

7) suggest to add number of trip days & number of country/city as subtitle in the My Trips panel

8) advise to revamp/finetune the overall UI (particuarly the tripsy book UI,refer to Flighty as a reference), could use better typography/fonts

overall, still one of the currently available best travel planning/record apps (I use all three iphone, ipad, and mac versions). Subscribed to the pro plan myself, and would really love to see the app grow to be better (could definitely use some marketing in chinese social media, young chinese travellers would love it - make it beautiful and easy to use, you won't find yourself lack of loyal subsribers)

Not bad… but missing features

I love the idea, but it’s 2026. There are some features I would have expected for the price.

If there’s a flight item on my itinerary and that flight it delayed, Tripsy notifies me. Great. What it doesn’t do is allow me to bulk edit or push subsequent itinerary items. I have to edit each individually one at a time.

There should be an option from each stop to add the travel method to the next to keep the dots connected.

I didn’t get the chance to explore the ai connections yet. I’ll have to try again when more features are supported.

Not as advertised

Tried out Tripsy- It only reads emails with trip information directly in the email text and I am not sure how well it does that. It Does not read email attachments you would get from a tour operator or cruise company. It just loads that into documents and you have to go back and enter each day yourself. It refers to AI parsers but does not provide access to one. If you only travel once a year and don’t mind loading your itinerary yourself it would be a good reference, but I am trying to save time. Not spend more time. And who really cares about a changing if background image.

Love, Love, Love This App

I love everything aout this app. As a long time traveler, I love how this is a one stop shop for everything travel from planning my trips, the managing the trip budget, and the fairly newly added statistics. I hope eventually to see a wider list of optional categories to select from (Emojis) since I often find myself looking for an appropriate emoji but it is difficult at times. And I almost forgot to mention another feature I love is the sharing of the schedule. This has been useful for both travellers that come with me or to give peace of mind to those left back home so they can understand if I am in the middle of the Amazon…might be the reason I am not answering for a few days.

Doesn’t always parse emails correctly

For 2 out of 3 Airbnb reservations within the same trip it said it couldn’t determine which trip to add it to and gave up. I only have one current trip. In the same trip it processed one out of two bus reservations from the same company, but marked it as a train reservation with no way to edit that attribute. I emailed support, who replied quickly (paid pro account) but were able to confirm it should have worked, but didn’t. They said they would have to send it to their email parsing company, which apparently is separate? 5 days later, no update. Doubtful that I will renew my subscription. If it can’t parse emails and I have to enter things manually, the value is greatly reduced.

非常棒的app

真的非常好用,设计感十足,现在它和flighty一样是我最喜欢的软件了,我正在以前所未有的认真态度考虑买一个会员。

Guter Anfang - aber nicht wirklich hilfreich

Gute Idee, aber wenig Möglichkeiten.

Thanks for your honest feedback. We'd love to hear what you feel is missing, as this is a little vague for us to make things better. Feel free to drop us a note to support@tripsy.app and we'll be happy to discuss your feedback and any suggestions.

Awsome app, but missing some simple features

I am a pro subscriber, really like the app mainly bacause of its native UI features, but I really miss some simple and core functionalities as: - Trip checklist, to organize stuff I need to do when planning the trip like booking some activity, buying transportation tickets and even list what I need to bring with me like sunglasses and passport. - Add transportation time between activities automatically - Link with my photos so I can see my memories from each trip

But despite that, I reaally enjoy Tripsy mainly because its clean and native design. Thanks a lot for it!

Hi, Pedro! Thanks so much for your honest feedback and kind rating. Checklists are one of our most requested features, and they're on our radar for a future update - no timeframe just yet. Travel time between activities is something we're working on as we speak, I think you'll love it! As for photo memories, that's something we've had some requests for, and there are ways to add photos automatically into Tripsy via the Shortcuts app - but we can certainly consider a more direct link with Photos.

Really good at what it does just misses one important aspect

I’ve tried them all I think and this is the best for actually making a usable itinerary and tracking finances and bookings - it understands cruises, it understands that you leave a hotel in the morning, you can add all sorts of different categories of things rather than shoehorning an activity into something that doesn’t fit, and you can put it all in the right order / shift things about easily, add expenses in local currency etc without the app interfering or trying to second guess you too much. The forwarding of emails works 75% of the time (the rest it doesn’t understand and you have to enter manually but that’s ok).

I would love to solely use this app for everything but for one massive issue - I’m also forced to use another app to create a decent map of the trip to get an overview for my own satisfaction and that is shareable with family and friends and that will actually show our route (e.g. when on a boat or train it isn’t a crow flies route). It feels the closest to all inclusive travel app and honestly it would be 4.5 stars if it had the map… but that is such a huge part of planning and logging travel for me I can’t go above 3 while it is missing.

Response from developer

Thanks so much for your kind and honest feedback. Actual routes, so the actual way you travel, for things like trains, boats, etc are something we're looking into - and definitely something we'd love to add to give you a complete picture on the map - at the moment we simply don't have the information from our map data (Apple Maps) for those routes, as it's not exposed in the API, so we're looking at some more ideas. We can also look at having a map available in the shareable web links we already provide.

Not for Road Trips

This app still does not allow to add stops. I have integrated with claude, and this app romoves the scenic route to the shortest. The help sections still states that the app is not able to add stops.

Great app… Missing just a couple of additional conveniences

This is a great travel application that is missing just a few additional conveniences to make it awesome and get it to 5 stars. Love the UI and aesthetics. Developers- While the “Note” function is somewhat useful for brief notes, it would be so much better to be able to incorporate the integration of Apple notes versus a text based note field that doesn’t really offer any export or integration abilities. Many Apple users rely on Apple notes for additional trip details and have the ability to add a link to an Apple note for individual activities as well as as the overall trip details would be incredible. Next summer in terms of receipts, is it possible to upload either a file or image as a receipt versus just one format type? Regarding the “Latest Added” section, can you add the ability to scroll that section? Only a few of the latest items in this section are displayed-it makes that section far less useful. Last, with many of us sharing our trip information with other applications, can you please add the ability to export all the individual trip information to a spreadsheet? Thank you again for a great app. These few items would make it even better!

Good for itinerary, confusing graphics

It is one of the good app to have for planning and following itineraries. I do not think it live up to the hype of apple like graphics. It seems like stuck between trip it and beautiful apple interfaces in other apps.

Response from developer

Thanks for your honest feedback, we're always happy to hear more detailed feedback about the UI - we've worked hard to try and make it clear for a wide range of users, but we know everyone has different tastes. Please do send constructive feedback to support@tripsy.app and I'll make sure our designer sees it for consideration.

Lacking Flight data

Doesn’t populate gate or terminal data, delays, or baggage claim. Even on premium. Thought it was as just a single flight. But it’s reoccurring.

$7.99 to see all the features

You’ll need to pay for a subscription to try all of the features. Only two options were prominently made available to me in the App when I opened it, one month at $7.99 or one year. There was no free trial period for me, I was immediately charged $7.99, even after immediately ending the subscription within an hour of signing up. Unfortunately, after an hour of checking out the app, it won’t work for me. The shady subscription service is enough to keep me from using this service. But hey, the company did get $8. Maybe that’s their business plan.
