App won’t open never will load

The app won’t open anymore
Was good now it’s not
The app used to work flawlessly, now every time I try to use it and place an order it declines my card. The card is not the issue because I went into the restaurant and the same card worked. Not sure why it’s happening but I can’t use my rewards which is the only reason for the app. If this isn’t fixed, I will be deleting the app.

Difficult app!
Checking out of the app should not require so many screens! I click check out, I don’t want a pop up asking me to buy a whole lunch when I just ordered a smoothie. Further - the having to select a tip which is defaulted to 15% and then having to opt out if rounding up. People DO NOT want all of these steps for a simple order and check out. Far too many clicks for a smoothie. Remove the default tip and rounding up! Make the app ordering simple. You’re a smoothie chain!!

Won’t accept Mastercard or Apple Pay
This app won’t accept my Mastercard or Apple Pay. That’s all. Declined it through Apple Pay but I can use it on other apps. Makes me never want to get Tropical Smoothie again.
