My name is Yanira Alers. I have been living with Crohn’s disease for over 20 years, and I am the founder of HappyGut HappyLife Corp., a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting individuals living with IBD and IBS to empathetic restaurants and food establishments that are willing to modify their menu items so we can eat safely, confidently, and without fear.
