App not working
Not sure if the new update is the cause but I’m missing out on points because I am unable to order through the app. I get this long error code in red and something taking about if you are apart of the old crew…I emailed with no response about 1 wk ago.

Lots of time the bowl I order is 3/4 full. In the past it was filled to the top if not a little more. Not worth the price if my bowl isn’t filled to the top

The app isn’t incredibly hard to use, but it could be simplified. I don’t want to be overwhelmed with options when I’m just trying to order a smoothie.
