wont let me order
for over a year anytime I try to order through the app and declined my payment takes the payment and their refund it back to me. I can never even use the app to collect rewards or nothing.

Why does the app not work anymore? I uninstalled and it worked for that order and it’s already not working again. Please fix!
Was working great, now app just doesn’t load
I recently used this app to order a smoothie. Everything was working fabulously. All of a sudden, I went to open the app the other day and it’s stuck on a screen loading of a drink icon and no longer progresses beyond that point. Please help fix this; I don’t know what to do! When this issue is fixed, I will add more stars.

Auto tip
Since there isn’t a place in the app to leave a comment or contact customer support, I will leave my concern here. I don’t appreciate being tricked into leaving a tip! This app automatically adds a 15% tip unless I physically select 0%. I prefer to tip in cash and I prefer to have the option! I don’t mind that you have this feature but it needs to be set at ZERO in case it is overlooked like I just did.

App never opens
Awful app
Frustrated
Loved the app, recently logged me out and can’t log back in. Have reset password 4-5 times and still can’t log in. Deleted and reinstalled app and still same issue. Not sure what is going on.
Dosnt work
I have tried to use this app like 10 times and it charged my card seven times once when I was trying to place a pick up order and no matter what it always says, declined in the app, but then charges my card worst app ever
Menu in App
Users should be given the default option to look at the menu in the app without being forced to enter/search a store location and choose pickup or delivery option to look at food options. There is no acceptable reason for not allowing this. It wastes my time and causes more time to be spent at the order window. Not sure how this app is an advantage over using the website either because of this. Users should not be forced to have phone location turned to manually enter or scan a receipt's barcode for member points. Again, it's company greed & not necessary at all. The receipt gives that information of purchase location anyway, but where I am when I decide to enter the codes is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. Programmer should fix these. Otherwise, the app is ok.

No way to track order
There is no way in app to track your order. They also have stopped sending me text messages regarding my order status, and their emails no longer include the ability to track the order. My bowl was completely melted by the time I realized it had been dropped off. This company is blatantly anti-consumer.

Points don’t show up
I put in my barcode manually and the pop up said I earned 83 points but then I go to the points page and I still have 0 points….

The app keeps loading hit doesn’t open up. It’s frustrating Because I can’t use my rewards it’s been like this for 4 days now. Please fix it
Fraudulent app, rewards never show up
They claim you will receive a feee smoothie reward after making a purchase, it’s a complete lie… the reward never comes.
App faulty
Charged me 4x for one smoothie and the (correct) store still didn’t have the order.
Issue was resolved in the store but manager told me to get rid of the app as it’s a common problem they see.

Pair and save is a scam
When you choose the pair and save option it charges you more than you pay if you buy an entree and smoothie separately. It charges you $4.99 before you even pick any options in pair and save. Then it charges you full price for the entree you select and it adds $5-6 for the smoothie. The normal smoothie prices are around $7. So you pay $3-4 extra for a combo that’s supposed to be cheaper. It did not used to be this way so I don’t understand why they would make this change.

Rarely opens for me
It used to only have issues when connectivity was limited, but now it rarely opens ever, even with full 5G connection.
