Can’t seem to pay on the app
Not sure what happened but we can’t seem to pay using the app now. 7/13/2026– it’s still broken after the update.

Why does the app really work when you have a promotion going on? Please fix it.
Payment Problems
I want to order through the app, but every time I attempt apple pay OR add a card it declines. This is not a funds availability issue as I have tried multiple cards that all have the sufficient funds.

Any never opens. So I go somewhere else.
INCAPABLE
Every time! All the time! This app sucks like a shop-vac. It is infuriating while other fast food / quick service app developers work through their app flaws but NOT this one. I now have two different accounts and may have to make ANOTHER after having to delete the non-responsive app again. Hire somebody CAPABLE of doing the job!!!

Not working
The app will not load. Tried deleting and reinstalling, tried the newest update…still will not load.
Broken.
This new update broke it completely and it won’t even open now. I can’t claim my free birthday smoothie anymore :(
Too many suggestions
I just want to order a smoothie. I don’t want to round up. I don’t want to add a whole meal to my order. The app makes what should be a quick transaction long and more difficult with the pop ups and asks.

You’re stupid app isn’t working and every time I order online it says payment failed and I’ll get a refund. It doesn’t let you order anything online. So ask me for any more details that’s literally all I’m saying.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app today and everything was fine. I changed my mind about what kind of smoothie I wanted and backed out of the cart. It’s been hours and the menu still won’t work. I had my daughter try placing the order in her phone and the menu won’t work on her phone either. Everything else works, just not the menu.

Issue paying to check out
Once you done with your order it won’t let you pay on the app and check out
Usually Great App, Now Won’t Open
For some reason the app will not open and is stuck the loading screen. Please fix this bug. Can’t use the app at all. I was able to go website though to order.
Won’t accept Mastercard
This app won’t accept my Mastercard. That’s all. Declined it through Apple Pay but I can use it on other apps. Makes me never want to get Tropical Smoothie again.
Be Careful with Apple Pay
This app has an issue with Apple Pay. It will say payment declined then in a few minutes later it will charge it to your card. I ended up with two charges on my account.
