App crashes instantly

Doesn’t work
The instructions on how to use the app are unclear. It opens up and asks immediately for a QR code. It doesn’t tell you where to find it or how to get one sent to you. I guess it just assumes you automatically have one in your back pocket. Just badly designed.
Does not work at all
This app at the current time is absolute garbage, as soon as verification occurs successfully, the App crashes. Checked network connection, phone free memory, uninstalled reinstalled, rebooted phone anything at all. It won’t work. Don’t waste your time.
App opens and automatically closes
App does not work from my iPhone it opens and automatically closes, then from my Android it states there was a issue try again after 9 attempts
Doesn’t work
Forces close as soon as u scan a QR or do anything on the app. Nothing happens anywhere on anything.
