Very good do most of my day to day activities on app but need more functionality to perform day to day tasks without going to PC or laptop.

there is no way to review payments for dual authorisation accounts e.g. charities

Cheque Deposits

I have a customer who doesnโ€™t do online banking and always sends me a cheque, Iimits are not high enough, I would sooner deposit a cheque and wait 24hrs for it to be cleared than driving 5 miles to a local branch, as the local branch was closed. You then could be queuing which all takes time out my day.

Not fit for purpose

This App and the underlying account was set up for a personal bank account. It does not allow international payments to be made easily. There is no way of submitting an exact amount for foreign payments against invoices which is unbelievable.

Overdrawn Notification

App is ok, but we definitely need notifications to alert us when our account is come down to a particular balance, or has become overdrawn. Every other banking app has this. Stranger why TSB Banking doesnโ€™t.

TSB App Outdated

The app is basic, akin to apps back in 2016. It is no match for other bank apps such as Monzo. The app offer way too little

It actually is in the name, โ€œLife Made Moreโ€ but I think it should also say, Life made more easier. lol

Long delay

Is good when is working, but a long freeze pause after log in. This happened after the last upgrade about 2/3 months ago

Ok wish you had notifications of money coming in on iPhones etc

All works except paying in cheques.

Every time I try and pay in cheques it errors every time. Same error message appears, as a valid payment method TSB should have tested this prior to it going live to users.

Hopeless TSB

TSB still havenโ€™t addressed the problem with using the app to pay a cheque in. Itโ€™s only been about 2 years. Guess theyโ€™re not bothered in sorting it as Santander are taking them over and happy to let them sort it out!!!

The app is absolutely fantastic and I am over the moon, however, if it could send notifications each time, there was a transaction it would make the app 100% in my eyes
