Unreliable!

That is so unreliable app, I don’t recommend. When you need the connection most, it doesn’t work. No any prior warnings! The latest example is that the UAE was included in the list of supported countries just 2 weeks ago, no when i arrive i found out that UAE is no more supported!

Cannot contact support

New iPhone and I can’t download a new esim. My profile says eSIM installed but it is not installed. On the contact support page I can get through the steps but after downloading a screenshot there is no option to send.

Worst app ever

Tried to install esim and got stuck. Tried to contact support. App has dark patterns all over so you can never reach support. Lost my $20 purchase

Not installed e sim

eSIM is not appearing in iPhone 16 settings.
Device shows "Set Up eSIM".

Bad Rebrand

Horrible rebrand, lost all brand value and Dent was a better name, also many elements in the new App are still labled Dent

GMRemix

Just great.

Esxcelente

Para viajes internacionales funciona de manera excepcional.

Does what I need it to

Allows me data to send text messages when I have no other service

War mal besser

Das Bonusprogramm war mal attraktiver. Und ich bekomme angezeigt eSim installiert, habe aber keine drauf.

Global Trek

I’ve been using Dent for roughly two years. It has worked flawlessly in all the countries listed. Dent covers the majority of the countries most visited by tourists. I’ve noticed over the years new countries have been added. I like the fact you don’t have to think about getting a new eSIM when traveling to another country. The best part is at the end of your trip you can sell you leftover data for Dent coins which you can later use to purchase data on Dent. You can’t say that about other Esims. It’s mainly use it or lose it on other platforms.

Awesome

It’s really great eSIM powered on blockchain!

No data in Europe!

Very poor customer service indeed no customer service.no connection in the Netherlands

Kesinlikle Sağlıklı değil

Uygulama hiç bir şekilde doğru çalışmıyor.

Works—most of the time

DENT data works pretty well in the USA. It uses Verizon by default, and T-Mobile is available as well.

Data connection is fast enough for most uses when using a local connection. USA one is in northern Virginia.

Some web sites, especially e-commerce sites, block access from DENT. It’s really annoying, as I have to find WiFi to visit the sites.

The DENT Marketplace is more difficult to use than it needs to be. When searching for data, you can only see a subset of the available offerings, and you can’t filter by things like expiration date and price per GB.

I have lots of DENTs, and the value of them varies over time. It’s really annoying when my purchasing power declines precipitously.

The Marketplace always reverts to USD, and I have to change back to DENTs.

The most annoying thing is that selling data often throws an error “Sorry an unexpected error occurred“ They might not expect the error, but I do. I just tried as I was writing this review, and I got the error again.

I never get an error when buying data.

It’s annoying, because most things work okay, but there are significant deficits in many parts of the service.

Dent in Europe

It's worth it for the price and tne need to have signal upon arriving in Europe.
I suggest activating the signal before leaving the USA and keeping it ON, until returning to the USA.
1Gb per day is e good planning ahead, you might use less than that .

love it, thanks.
