1st & last time

What a nightmare, the first host Joe white jeep compass cancelled our trip 1 1/2 days before and the 2nd white Cherokee Jeep Mark rebook host canceled 20minutes before our flight! Turo rebooked our next trip and changed the pick up spot from the airport to somewhere else! I spent sooo much time on the phone with them and still had to pay additional money for the airport pickup & drop off! I will NEVER use Turo again!!
