Have had a twin eagle grill for three years. The app barely connected when new. Will not connect at all now . For the most expensive pellet grill on the market, I did and would expect the software to actually work

The new app is terrible, the old one was basic and not great, but the new one is way worse.

Going to buy a Coyote pellet grill now

I’ve had my TE pellet grill for 4y and this app has never been updated once in that time. All sorts of buggy connection issues that should NOT be there for a $9k grill. Simply ridiculous. I’m buying a pellet grill for my cabin and will be giving Coyote a try instead of TE. Third of the price and way better reviews.

Same as others. Worked first time. Now cannot login. Reset password but never got email. Great smoker -terrible app.

Bait and Switch

We have owned our Twin Eagles smoker for more than a month and have NEVER been able to use this app due to their log in server being down the entire time. Dometic, what are you doing? I cannot be more disappointed. Would give zero stars if possible.
