The app has limited functionality compared to desktop (i.e. treatment plan creation, general note administration, session transcription review, etc).
Most importantly, the developer has been eager to listen and address issues noted in a previous poor review and continues to be responsive to feature requests.

FEATURE REQUEST:
An (optional) audible alert should go off anytime it stops listening, pauses, or ends any session... no matter the reason.
Without going into the backstory about why... a series of frustrations led me to buy an iPhone SE 3rd Gen for the sole purpose of it being the dedicated microphone in my office for all my sessions. The device has no other purpose, function, or apps.
Twofold's front end (session data capture) has clearly been a very rough journey... and I get it - this is all new (and exciting!) agile developing tech. But when it becomes an operational component of one's business, tech glitches and bugs aren't just annoying... they're showstoppers.
The app stops recording SO often for so many variable reasons, it's like playing whack a mole. Even when I set the screen lock time to "never", the "low battery alert" will end the session. To be clear... the dead battery doesn't end it, the mere alert did.
Stability continues to improve with ongoing app updates, but it seems that setbacks are also frequent too.
In general, the tasks of the app really seem to struggle on any Apple device. The app can handle one or two sessions OK, but a 3rd or 4th will almost always send the battery straight from 85% to 15%. One time I recall using "Low Power Mode" as a preventative measure, and I think the app just froze or crashed and then permanently paused that session which of course could not be accessed on any other device either. So many user stories... and so many sad and unexpected endings.
Twofold is like an awesome Mercedes... but I suggest maybe a bit more dev focus on the key fob. Without that, I'll have to take a different car, or worse yet, go back to walking.
I am rooting for you in hopes that you'll be able to iron out the kinks soon!
