This bank has gone from being a normal bank that treat their customers like all banks, too just another money grabbing entity that even hold transfers to NAB accounts, its parent company for as long as it can. Plus does not pay any interest at he end of the month if you with draw from it. We had 200k saved with them for years a were getting good interest. That is now in another bank.

WORST BANK EXPERIENCE
Locked out of my account as a CENTRELINK payment was flagged as “fraud”. They refused to answer any questions or explain why. Rude staff.
Left without funds for over a week where I ended up reporting the events to the Financial Ombudsmen and had account unlocked. Transferred my funds out straight away and closed all accounts.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE!

Ubank has been very easy to work with and accessible.
Best Banking App and Bank
Don’t go to Reddit and read bogus customers yapping about bad banks and terrible interest. That’s the best in the market. I have been with Ubank since 2019 and have been saving enjoying interest ever since. Also those customers are bogus, they just cash in on referral bonus and if not get it, they yap and complain. Stay away from Reddit!! You finally did round ups. Yay!

I couldn’t open account and customer service couldn’t help they were basically useless for future reference just be more helpful

Don’t get UBank saving account if you don’t increase your balance you don’t get not interested for the month
Used to be the best bank in Australia!
The changes in the last two years have destroyed how good this bank was. Now you can’t pay from savings accounts, you can’t remove money from savings accounts, the app is so complicated and confusing.🫤

Consistently easy to use, never seem to have any issues accessing money or accounts. The app is fantastic, easy to navigate, intuitive, and money transfers are completed almost instantly
Satisfied
As an Internet Bank I was slightly hesitant at first but over the last 4 years I have been extremely satisfied and would highly recommend. Good monthly Interest Rates if you follow all the small steps to achieve these goals.
