Consistently easy to use, never seem to have any issues accessing money or accounts. The app is fantastic, easy to navigate, intuitive, and money transfers are completed almost instantly

As an Internet Bank I was slightly hesitant at first but over the last 4 years I have been extremely satisfied and would highly recommend. Good monthly Interest Rates if you follow all the small steps to achieve these goals.

Easiest bank to deal with!!!
Highly recommend, I switched from commonwealth after 20+ years with them. Better interest rates, no fees, open heaps of accounts without a big bang trying to get account holding fees.

I’ve been with UBank for four years.. And I haven’t had any issues or Problems with my accounts or bill payments.

Card works at some places and not others !! Was closing my other accounts to just use UBank but cannot count on it working

I would give it 5/5 if they had temporary credit cards like Bankwest does. They are a one use or max value. Great way to protect your money

Since I opened account I have been gaining hight interests, bonus prizes, the app has improved and compare to other bank I have an account with, UBank make so friendly user and very interactive, great experience so far (2 years banking with UBank)

Better Before
For UBank it was a backward step to require an increase in balance in the savings account to qualify for the full interest rate. Before this change I would maximise the amount in the savings account knowing I had 24/7 access to those funds if I needed them. Now I keep $10,000 in a CBA account in case I need ready cash. Presumably there are many UBank customers who do something similar. Just think how much more money would be in UBank savings if my $10,000 plus everyone else’s funds were in UBank and not somewhere else.

Good international travel card
Problems at first until you work out that you have to turn on international currency in the App, then it works fine, which is more than I’ve had to do in other banking Apps, which you just have to activate international travel and the currency looks after itself.
Ubank is now awful
I used to be a fan - now it’s a bank that goes out of its way to avoid paying interest on savings. Don’t bank with them!!
Feature that should be added
The app is very good and easy to use but I wish there was a feature where I could lock my savings account to stop unnecessary spending
Best banking app by far
Extraordinary app and lots of great features, yet really simple to use. The way a banking app should be. There’s a few small tweaks I’d make, but they seem to release features consistently so hopefully they’ll come, but it’s superior to other apps, including the big 4 anyway.
Easy to use and useful features
The Ubank app is awesome. It has a range of great features that really helps in all aspects of managing my money. Different accounts for my spending, bills and saving is the start. The ability to have up to 10 save accounts is also great. But what I like the most is the simple, intuitive features that help me keep on track. I can easily see my cashflow in and out, see where I am spending by merchant or category, set budgets, see upcoming bills, set savings goals and much more.

You can choose to store your ubank passkey in a third‑party credential manager (such as Bitwarden). This allows you to protect your ubank login with its own password, separate from your phone’s lock screen.
• Sign in using a password instead of a passkey
It’s also possible to set up a password to log in to the ubank app. While this option is available, we generally recommend passkeys from a security perspective, as passwords can be vulnerable to phishing and reuse across services.
• Strengthen your device lock settings
If you continue using passkeys, switching your device from a simple PIN to a longer password can add an extra layer of protection.
