For all of the data that Uber Technologies has access to, it seems they are choosing to alienate their drivers and customers all at once!

Waste of time and money
I just made a delivery with 3 packages and 3 locations from Walmart basically out of my pocket. I had to drive 40 minutes in the middle of nowhere to each location and 40 more minutes after that just to get back home. A whole thank of gas and all for $19 including tips… I try to take the runs to not hut my rating, but this is ridiculous and unfair.

Would like to be able to rate riders later. They can tip later so why not be able to rate later? Also would like it drive activity included the miles driven from start to finish drive. Thanks.

This app barely works !! The plus card always stops working at raising canes! I have to restart my phone multiple times and still nothing! Customer support is bs and clearly doesn’t understand English. They are trying to mess with my account by saying I’m logged into another device. If they ban me for bs I’m suing!

After years of driving for uber they fired me
Alright, I know how these go, you might be asking, “what did you do,” the fact is I did nothing incorrect by my standards. I think They dropped me because my cancellation rate went bellow 10% for one day. I’m not willing to wait for long periods of time for orders. The app support got worse over the years and the metrics are flawed. They also accused me of account sharing and I never did that. Just didn’t take my photo verification seriously enough I guess. It’s w/e at this point.

Uber, thankfully, has many options to choose from. If you’re looking for premium, pet, extra safe, etc. you can specify your priority.
But the overall basic economy standards are now below par and makes me wonder if Uber performs quality assurance checks.
Additionally, I am beyond aggravated when the ETA does not match my final arrival time. That needs to be a measured metric and Uber should build on considerations that determine if perhaps the driver was the cause. My last ride, the driver drove 5-10 miles under the speed limit and with two car separation and I arrived late to my flight. Safe driving is a priority - that degree of conservatism was unnecessary.

In LA. Gas money is $6.50 per gallon and Uber pay is even lower like make you drive 30 miles for $20. 10 miles for $9. 15 minutes trip give $4. Wake up drivers !!! And Uber drop UberX prices to $2 per mile for riders so drivers will get even worse fare now !!! And Uber price up for Uber Black like $5~7 per mile. They have you take pictures of yourself to then tell you your payment method can’t be accepted then you call Uber constantly to then have to wait to receive a email about it .. when you already used your time to ride customers around .. now you have to wait for your hard earned money UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
