Don’t use Uber!
If you want to spend your time waiting around then this is the company for you! Drivers won’t take your trip if it’s not worthwhile, probably because they get ripped off by Uber themselves! Awful company who are greedy and exploit their drivers! If you weren’t getting paid what you should be, would you put the effort in? This then affects your customers who have to wait a ridiculous amount of time.

Outstanding Ramon
Ramon is a fantastic Uber driver. Very, very helpful. We had a nice conversation about music and stars in the music industry. When we got to the airport, he helped me with my luggage. I had two large check bags a carry-on, and took his time with me walking to the terminal which was a struggle normally getting a wheelchair but using the cart and my check-in bag. it helped. I usually don’t give reviews, however; Ramon warrants one. It’s unfortunate that I just saw this. Otherwise, this review would’ve been turned in the evening that he took me to the airport. It may look like I don’t feel he deserves the tip. I gave him a little tip at the airport.

Long waiting time
Uber kept switch my rides and then putting me as priority after paying extra for it to pick us up early and giving me a ride
15-20 minutes later AFTER it was scheduled. Keep that in mind when paying. I also had 2 Ubers cancel on me for no reason today in the middle of the heat in Rome as we are having a

The worst drivers
They will keep you waiting for 20 minutes then cancel for no reason and uber will give no recourse for the customer. Use at your own risk
Friendly and Informative
Our driver was super friendly and shared places worth visiting.
Should be able to choose only Waymo
I can not stand that I can’t just get Waymo In Austin, it should at least be a toggle option to only get Waymo’s, maybe I’m just spoiled but human drivers are terrifying at this point, taking risks and speeding to get to the next fair, I already use Robotaxi as much as I can becasue of this, unless this changes, as soon as Robotaxi isn’t in high demand 50% of the time I will never use uber again
