Complaint
Seriously uengange is ruining their image with this useless app constant glitches money frauds this should be sued
U money not working properly
This is such an inconvenient app as the u wallet feature doesnt even work properly so if a student doesnt use gpay or anything else then especially those kinds of students can't use this app and starve if in case they don't have lunch with them kindly work better on this feature
Overpriced and worst quality they offer
If they say they have student discounts don’t really believe that the worst food quality the worst staff and also the prices are not as per the quality
Ucampus
Worst app
Chatgpt can make better app than this one with a single prompt 🗿
UPI not working. Card details not being Saved , and you’ll find numerous other bugs in the app
CHITKARA IS UNREASONABLE
UNREASONABLE PRICES AND LOW QUALITY
Faculty
The Barista staff is short. Doesn’t cooperate. Sends away even the faculty saying “they are busy it will take time” even to make a simple coffee! Brings in coffee in a styrofoam cup rather than in a proper cup! Like who told him to pack it??? Doesn’t provide the cup plate, no stick to mix the sugar. Just pathetic!!!!

Easy to access and very convenient to use
Bad
Baddd
Was this app for our convenience or for chitkara’s convenience
If there was normal cash transaction or upi transaction there wouldnt be any of the chaos which happens now . We have to rely on this app every single time . If our bank servers our down how are we able to eat anything . It means No app No food just be hungry . Modernisation in this college is a curse .
