Hello guys this is UCOPAYPlus a great application launch by UCO bank One of the best nationalised bank Presently By UCOPAYPlus we do our cellphone recharge and pay many others utility bills also we can topup this by credit card and transfer that amount to our uco bank saving account which is very easy to use one more thing we have to done Kyc for the same before topup the wallet kyc is done through bank nearest branch

Customer service is worst
If you are able do transactions in app means fine if facing any issues then problem comes. If you customer care they will we don’t have any option contact via email. If you contact via email very rare case responding to that email. Most of the cases no response at all. My personal experience it is and I am still facing the issue no one solve yet. My amount stuck in the app now I don’t know what to do. Guys before using this app consider above review and think twice that will you lot.
