Only use if desperate
I got charged for parking
There is no clear guidance or disclaimer in the app about where or how to park. You only find out after being charged, which is frustrating, especially as a new user trying to follow the process correctly. When I tried to explain this, there was no support or understanding.
I’ve also had multiple experiences where the car is not parked where the app says it is, which makes finding it unnecessarily difficult. A simple improvement would be allowing users to upload a photo of where they parked the car to help others locate it easily.
Additionally, I’ve unlocked cars through the app before and the doors didn’t open, which adds to the overall reliability issues.
Overall, the experience feels inconsistent and unclear, and it needs better communication, functionality, and user support.
Best option to move around UAE
The app still needs improvement at the Ux/Ui side, but they compensate that with a pretty good and responsive Customer support service.

No correct locations at all , you spend time and money to go to the car location then you don’t find it . Beside the greedy 8 dirham at start .

Please note that parking in Abu Dhabi is covered by Udrive only in standard Mawaqif public parking zones that do not turn into residential after 9 PM, as outlined in our FAQ and Terms. All fines are issued by the authorities and only passed on to the user after official confirmation. Refunds are not dependent on customer follow-up—they're processed as soon as verification is complete. We’re sorry if the app location was inaccurate during your trip—this can sometimes happen due to weak GPS signals or coverage issues, but we're constantly working to improve it. Great experience
Some options in app can be better and more users friendly (like choosing first method of payment) but overall very good.
Also in my second experience, I had a travel to the next city Sharjah and found out can’t end my trip in the other cities, so I spent more. After sharing this with customs service, although it was my honest mistake, he did a great job (Karim) and gave me some partial credit refund.
Overall highly recommended.
