Ads, incorrect tracking
App is ok with a simple UI, but the constant adverts that pop up when you tap a stop are too much now, just what everyone wants to see when they might be in a hurry as well. For months the tracking has been incorrect for all buses in my area regardless of operator too: the route map doesn’t display correct times (I’m trying to catch a bus at 07:25 but the route map tells me it’s the 22:25, to give an example).

The app is alright
The app is good for bus times but every morning when I try to go to school it says the wrong time for the bus every morning as it says it takes longer for the bus to arrive at the stop then it actually does
Not so good
Used it for years but the lack of realtime bus info and the annoying adverts mean I’ll be moving on to something else.
Possible malware ads
Ordinarily I would give the app 5 star since it does exactly what it says on the tin, checks where the bus is and a generalised time on its arrival.
However, recently they has been a disturbing amount of “Your phone has X amount of virus’, download our app to get rid of them” ads that have been appearing. I can understand needing ads to make money, almost nothing is truly free. But the least you can do is to review what ads your allowing to advertise onto your app since it only takes one inattentive person to click and download that app for it to then be your problem.

What’s going on ?
Something wrong with this! Wasn’t until my daughter missed her school bus twice that I realised. Time is just not updating. Says bus is 10 mins away… then 11.. then seems to get stuck. It’s now saying 8 mins when the bus has long gone. Checked against another local app. Really frustrating. Been like it for

Fraudulent adverts
The ads on this app are now fraudulent faking system messages saying the iPhone is damaged.
Countdown stopped
This app has been the best since I started using it but recently it stopped having countdowns which is not nice unfortunately
Ads annoying
I’ve been using this for years, so much better for London buses, you can see where they are, that is until the ads popup. Not very helpful when you are rushing to the stop and want to know if you’ve already missed the bus. I agree with the other user who said they wouldn’t mind paying a subscription if it got rid of the ads.

I’m 66 and live this app
It’s easy to use and I really like it as it gives you the name of all buses that are due not like other Apps that just give you their company buses and when they are due
Totally wrong!
Awful. Inaccurate. Now have to wait 1.5 hours for next bus.

Logged in this morning and got a spammy message about viruses and offering to clean them.

Used to be good, ads now fill the whole screen
I have found this app useful in the past for finding real time information on bus arrival times in different parts of the country.
Now I find full screen ads, one being to tell me to update my PDF app. The most recent was a scam message falsely claiming to be from Apple telling me that my iPad’s security has been compromised!
I am unwilling to use this app further because of security concerns and have deleted the app.

No bad
It not a bad app, easy to use, adds are a pain, the only thing is when my bus has been cancelled and I’m stood there waiting for a bus that won’t turn up and the times haven’t changed to the Christmas and new year time table so I don’t even know if the bus is going to turn up.
Ads too long
I have used this app for a long time but recently I’m finding the popup ads causing issues with checking bus times etc. they seem to be on too long and detracting from the use of app.
I thought that a subscription model was being worked on so those of us who didn’t want ads to pay for the bus checker service could opt in to it
I do like the Sign in with Apple or Google ID so unlike other apps it preserves our saved locations.

Unacceptably long-playing ads every time I open the app.
Every single time I open this app an advert butts in and plays for an unacceptably long time so I cannot see when the next bus is. Not only is this extremely irritating, it can be downright dangerous. When I’m alone - sometimes in an unfamiliar area - travelling at night, and need to see when the next bus is, I can’t. This is supposed to be a free app, and a public service. I don’t mind ads but they need to be A LOT shorter. Sort it out please.
