Easy to use. Instant access to my paycheck whenever I need it without having to wait two weeks. Does not let you access all of your earnings at once so you won’t have to worry about not getting your actual paycheck if you get tempted they still make sure you’ll have some money left! LOL

Today Ive been having issue trying to sign in it’s not signing me and when it do it’s not letting me access my funds I tried deleting it an installing the app an I’m getting the same results any suggestions?
Absolutely terrible lately
I am so glad I don’t really need this but today August 26, 2026 as of 5:31 PM and the app is so laggy. I have an available balance that I cannot even use it because the website and the app as well as the UKG Pro app cannot access the funds. It’s “null” consistently, CONSISTENTLY. I don’t feel like anything is going to significantly change. I feel like companies like this sustain themselves from individuals. Who truly need this to get by. If there wasn’t a significant amount of people who operated or unfortunately dealing with unfamiliar economic circumstances containing the energy of lack or unduly struggle these types of services would need to find a new business model or become obsolete. I will say when it is working consistently, it is a phenomenal service. But when literally a whole day has almost gone by I question if I should continue using something like this.

App is great when it actually works!
App was fine for about a month not I can’t access my $! App is unresponsive and keeps giving a null error or undefined error messages. I need you to fix your app please!
SCAM!
I put my social security number in multiple times as well as other personal information. they would tell me they cannot confirm my information and to call the help number. after calling and being on the phone with multiple people, they told me if the app does not confirm it then they cannot do anything about it. I am a US citizen and I have a state ID as well as a passport. There should be no issue confirming my identity. they take the information and don’t give you anything.

Don’t often work
Has loading issues left and right good luck getting it to work, it half the time doesn’t. Won’t log you in, just a bunch on error messages if you do get in.

App isn’t laid out well. Too difficult to navigate. The antiquated selector to choose how much money one would like to withdraw is clunky and time consuming.

Technical issues
This is my first time having a problem with this app. I called and they told me its their technical issue where the system did not have my hours and I am not able to access my wages. This caused me an financial situation.
