App isn’t laid out well. Too difficult to navigate. The antiquated selector to choose how much money one would like to withdraw is clunky and time consuming.

Technical issues
This is my first time having a problem with this app. I called and they told me its their technical issue where the system did not have my hours and I am not able to access my wages. This caused me an financial situation.

AWFUL app!!! EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE or rather ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stupid AI or ridiculous wait and algorithm bs and RUDE DISRESPECTFUL REPS!!! I’m disgusted!!!!
App keeps crashing—won’t let me log in unless i reset my password every time.
Every time I’ve tried to log in with my new password or my face ID, UKG makes me reset my password to get into my account. Whenever I do, none of the buttons work past choosing how much money to borrow. I get a pop-up saying “null” and a white screen. The website and the app are unusable, this wouldn’t be that big of an issue if the money wasn’t absolutely needed ASAP.

Constantly won’t let me login or just completely doesn’t accept my password on both of my devices and has happened multiple times now. Tried deleting and reinstalling and it still times out and won’t even let me reset my password. SUCKS
