I requested support and received an email it was fixed but it was not
Inaccurate
Very inaccurate in hours. I’ll cash out one day after working that shift. Then the next day I go to cash out again for the shift I worked earlier that day and all of the sudden my hours from the day before disappeared and only says I worked “3 secs” which makes no sense. So it now won’t let me cash out because it says I didn’t work any extra hours. Called customer service and they aren’t any help. Also liked to cut me off when I would explain the situation.

Accessing my earnings
I am an employee and had an access of my earnings and have been paying fees to access my earnings. And today all of the sudden I had no access of my earnings and have been on phone to reach the customer service and now being not the my earnings is no longer available cuz my earnings are not live any longer??

This app horrible compared to other daily pay! It’s always something wrong with it & it take days for them to figure out the issue it’s so annoying!!!! The whole purpose of the app is to access your funds early so I’m not giving cool points for that the app is never consistent
DO NOT GET THIS
Please DO NOT download this app, nor set up your direct deposit with them nor “borrow” money from your next check. The customer service is no good , you may get someone that can help but that is rare. They will also cut off your card and give you an entirely new account. My experience has been horrible with these people. Please DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Horrible employee wallet app!
I’ve used UKG a couple of times and it sucks! They calculate your hours but don’t generate any money then proceed to tell you to contact them and they only can be contacted through email and they don’t respond in timely manner. When they do decide to respond they told me that I did 30.25 hours and that that generated $167.77 in their system when I make $15 an hour do the math. I wish my job decided to go another route with their partnerships.

Card problems
When adding my card, the app kept saying invalid expiry date when the card is good for 2 years. I couldn’t update it after scanning it. Seems like a bug. I had to delete it and re-add the card using the scan card feature
