poor service - both drivers and the app
“Business class” drivers are rude, often violate the traffic rules and don’t know the basic central city area, they’ll keep you on the phone to explain every step in case they’re out of navigation. “support” team’ approach is to always blame it on the customer, you won’t get any real help in case of emergency. Kyivstar which is the actual owner of uklon aggregator is keen on gathering your data and money without providing decent service and safety. My advice is to use legal taxi services.

Reliable App
The app works well, and it features English text. The map can be a bit difficult to use though.
Unable to log in with a foreign phone number
I’ve come from abroad, and it’s impossible to log in with a foreign mobile number because the verification code never arrives. It gives me the option to log in with my email, but then still asks for a phone number anyway. Have you ever heard of UX design?

Хочу поділитися своїми негативними досвідом з цією компанію та їхнім застосунком.Замовив 21.06.2026 на конкретну годину авто через застосунок після чого мені прийшло підтвердження від водія (на жаль, не можу прикріпити сюди скрін)
Так от авто не приїхало, через що моя сімʼя не встигла на автобус, що коштувало мені більше 1000$. На мій дзвінок до служби підтримки мені відповіли щоб я заспокоївся і не переживав це звичайна ситуація 😂 Вони ніякої відповідальності за це не несуть(почитайте кажуть в угоді користувача).

More than a taxi? Should be more than a 15 minute wait to get a taxi
Honestly I used to love Uklon I recommended it to all my friends but recently it’s turned into a lousy excuse for a taxi app the drivers are rude they don’t show up to the location that you set on the map like it’s impossible to read a map and look where the user asked to be picked up no they’ve gotta park down the block on the other side of some building and then tell you to walk to them im an injured vet and they’re in a car what makes for sense to make the vet walk or to drive the car to the point requested ?

Сьогодні служба підтримки Uklon вирішила моє питання так, як не змогла вирішити преміум підтримка Приватбанк. Я випадково не туди відправила кошти (виявилось водієві таксі) і за допомогою саме служби таксі моє питання було вирішено протягом 30 хв. хоч мій запит могли проігнорувати. Great app, but….
I just updated the app, running ios16.1 and now it won’t recognise my location. I don’t mean the GPS spoofing, that’s normal but it doesn’t switch on the phones GOS. The location permissions are on in settings. While I’m here, out of 200 rides, I have about 20 cancellations, all of these are because the app switched the pickup and destination around without me knowing.
