wrong passcode when it was correct
logged me out of my banking app, saying that i had wrong passcode when i didn’t! now it’s very hard to get on to my account

Easy mobile app banking
Everything good with the app. The only recommendation I could make is to make international transfer and transactions easier.
Horrendous
My accounts keep disappearing randomly each day and Im unable to add them back on. Now my payees are disappearing making payroll a disaster. Business banking support phoneline are useless. Leaving Ulster Bank after 35 years as a customer.
