Relies on your own willpower. No science behind it.
An absolute barrage of impossible-to-follow psychobabble filled with ads for liver cleansing products. Nothing intuitive or helpful about it.
Firstly, the number of "ad-ons" we are prompted to buy is overwhelming. Secondly, I didn't appreciate the insidious nature of the messages we had to click in order to say, "no thanks". What I mean by that is that every time you click that you don't want the $59 milk thistle or whatever liver concoction you're selling (by the way, clinical trials of milk thistle have produced very mixed results. There is ZERO conclusive evidence it helps your liver at all), the "no thanks" button is actually a "no I do not wish to improve my health" (or wording to that effect) button.
Then there is the app and Optimal Routine PDF. All of it relies on self-entering data based on the will power and initiative of the very person who has shown no will power to stop drinking. There is not a scintilla of evidence-based or scientific approach to reforming the behaviour of someone who would like to reduce their drinking.
You could literally grab an A4 piece of paper, draw up a table and tally up how many times you've "hydrated", "socialized" or "engaged in deep breathing". Those things (socializing, deep breathing, sleeping, water) do work, but the app does nothing to actually help you modify your habits. It's essentially an app that says, "hey, you should change your habits". I'd rather pay my wife that money to tell me that, while I get a little crayon and mark it on the wall.

Actually helps, no cap
Good app for keeping your daily stuff in check. Easy to use, no problem
Donโt do it!!!
I did the free trial as they kept targeting me on Instagram, then I tried to cancel it after 1 day as it kept trying to sell me additional tools and I found it complicated, so I decided to try cancel it, turns out you cannot cancel subscription within the app you have to contact customer service and they only reply to you (despite multiple follow ups) once the free trial runs out and they end up charging you around 100 USD anyway, and when you try to contact them about it they completely ghost you. Itโs a very bad app and they only want to take money from you. STAY AWAY!
