Don’t do it!!!

I did the free trial as they kept targeting me on Instagram, then I tried to cancel it after 1 day as it kept trying to sell me additional tools and I found it complicated, so I decided to try cancel it, turns out you cannot cancel subscription within the app you have to contact customer service and they only reply to you (despite multiple follow ups) once the free trial runs out and they end up charging you around 100 USD anyway, and when you try to contact them about it they completely ghost you. It’s a very bad app and they only want to take money from you. STAY AWAY!

Excellent app

I’ve been using Utiself for a little while now, and it’s been a great way to stay consistent with my personal goals. The app is simple to use, keeps me motivated, and makes building better habits feel much more manageable. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking to improve yourself step by step.

Cancelled account, still being charged

I cancelled my account before the end of the free trial and was charged again today for the second month running. I tried to log into the app to see whether I could cancel again, but my email is no longer recognised as a valid account - so in my view I am being charged renewal fees fraudulently as cancellation of the account should automatically stop the charges being levied. Please refund and resolve this appalling practice

So far, great app

I like the interface and the nice, consistent, yet simple colours on Ultiself. I think they were part of what kept me glued to the app. Overall, a very great app so far. I can see my active habits and self-rating/evaluation on the go. Something to help me stay grounded.

Très utile au quotidien

Franchement, j’ai été agréablement surpris par Ultiself. L’app est simple à utiliser et elle m’a vraiment aidé à mieux organiser mes habitudes et à rester motivé. J’aime bien le côté clair, les petites actions à faire chaque jour et la façon dont elle pousse à progresser sans être lourde. On voit vite les effets quand on joue le jeu.
Une appli vraiment utile pour améliorer son quotidien.

SCAM!

This app advertises itself as a personalised program to help you reduce your drinking- it does nothing of the sort. It simply provides you a tick list encouraging you to exercise daily, make a list of what you are grateful for and drink more water!!
When I tried to unsubscribe I was first encouraged to stay subscribed and then no further communication despite multiple requests to cancel my subscription. Do not waste your money!

money pit

Installed based on the advertisement seemingly offering a great plan to help. Almost immediately after installing, tried to progress through the initial screens and options and suddenly without warning t conformation got notification that along with the $9.92 charge, another $57 has been taken.
After that I didn’t particularly want to keep getting rinsed for more money so cancelled. Be warned. They’re using tactics like to to rinse you. Reported.

Taking Unauthorised Funds

I signed up for a 4 week plan - later saw that they had charged me initial promo price - then followed by and additional & authorised charge of almost $100. Still waiting for a response & refund. Be careful for sneaky chargers
