Support system sucks!
Idc about losing money, I just came to the support system for help and general questions. Help is not provided is you do the chat support or email. Horrible app, use it for the bonus then just leave. I wanted to just get my bonus after doing the 5$ bet. Never received it, tried to ask support then get ghosted.

They steal your money
So I tried to submit an entry, it was denied and said an error occurred. Therefore there was no entry placed, it took my money & I haven’t seen it since. I’ve tried to contact them thru the help center and every time I do speak to an agent they just tell me that they are working on it. That they see the issue and will update me on what’s going to happen. For now here’s a 25$ bonus which is no where near what I put. I just want my money back and yet I get no response or help. Feels like I’m being ignored, so easy for underdog to take the money but not give it back.

New July Update
The new July update is pretty bad. They tightened up the live bets and it’s now nearly impossible to place a live parlay. This app was one of the best before the changes. Seems like they got greedy.

Don’t trust the bonus
It clearly states in the ad that you can receive the bonus other than in 7 states. This does not include Idaho which led me to assuming I could still receive that. They do not make it clear nor obvious that it must be used on a draft lineup pick. 1/10 app go use draft kings or Kalshi

I deposited money for the deposit match, not knowing I cannot make pick ‘em games in my state. I was awarded bonus funds, clicked around for a little bit and entered a football fanasty league with bonus funds. Tried to get my deposit back and they said that I can only get back amount I deposited minus my football entry. Makes zero sense why bonus funds would be used on fanasty league and then my own deposited money would not be refunded to me.

Terrible app
Support team purposely ends conversations and does not help. Do not use this app. I took an over on a pick twice now and somehow I look and it’s the under. Changing my picks and not helping loyal customers. Do not use underdog.
