Counting stats incorrectly
If there was a zero star option, I would pick it. Had 4 picks. Two of them came out successful. The other two were not successful. Generally, I notice the app counts pick results effectively, until the other day. Official MLB statistics indicate that the two picks deemed a loss actually won. I attempted to communicate this to customer service and they closed the ticket. They cheated a blind man out of his money. That’s shameful. Y’all go to prize picks or something.

I was shocked to find out that Underdog had been slowly taking money out of my account simply because I wasn’t using the app.
Apparently, if you leave money in your balance and don’t gamble or withdraw it for a certain period of time, Underdog charges a $4 monthly inactivity fee. In my case, they took $32 over 8 months while my money was just sitting in the account.
I find this policy ridiculous. I deposited that money, and I don’t think I should have to continuously gamble just to avoid having my balance chipped away every month. At the very least, a fee like this should be made extremely obvious to users before they leave money in their account.
Overall, I’m not a fan of this app. DraftKings and FanDuel are better in every way in my experience, and I’d recommend using those instead.

One issue
Is there a better way to return to a live draft? Sometimes when I let the phone lock or if it closes app I struggle to get back to my live draft unless I get a notification to return me. I seem to miss a pick all the time that issue occurs.
Search players
Please add back where you can just search up players. Having to go on a hunt is so ridiculous and kills the app, not being able to quickly put in multiple slips

This app is constantly making it difficult to access and log into. It’s constantly making updates which also makes it difficult to keep up. I recommend draft kings.

Feels like scam
Been betting for some time, then realized they bait you to bet on losing team. I bet one 4/2 then suddenly it went to 4.3/6.4. Within few seconds… right after I bet. How? Make no sense. If it took few mins I would understand but few seconds? No way

Odds are ripoff
Sketchy payouts and parlay builds. I noticed Adding a +500 player to a parlay only giving me $200 gain to the winnings that is VERY off. Or sometimes adding a player to the parlay didn’t even change the odds at all. Adding risk for no reward without a warning. There are better options out there that are fair to the system

Great app for sports betting , great job of getting the best experience of entering player prop bets on any platform. Big fan of the fantasy area of the app as well , I love being able to draft a team and watching them compete!

Underdog > PrizePicks
PrizePicks’ fixed payouts get old fast. Underdog does it better, the games, streaks, and ladders give you way more freedom in how you play. Harder to win maybe, but way more fun. Great experience overall, would recommend to anyone still stuck on PrizePicks. Switch and don’t look back.
Broken App
I thought it was just me and my phone, but according to some of the most recent reviews, it is clearly showing that they knew UI is broken. It only shows 6 to 7 players on any given draft on the screen now. Cannot see by weeks of players or full names of players, drafting a BBM on the cell phone with the 20 second clock is now impossible. I wasted two entries because of this new horrible UI. It could be a bug with certain people’s iPhones, but I’m on the latest software, deleted and reinstalled, and wiped Safari data. I should not have to do this much legwork to get this app involving money exchanges to work. 1/10 fix fast or I’ll stick to DraftKings.
