Questa app è pessima. Ho aggiunto 5 € di credito per acquistare due biglietti per Positano, ma quando provo a completare l'acquisto, che costa 4,80 €, compare un messaggio che dice che il pagamento non è andato a buon fine, nonostante abbia selezionato l'opzione con 5 € di credito. Ora non so cosa fare... Ho bisogno di una soluzione urgente!!!

No ticket after payment
I’ve just registered and bought a ticket successfully (transaction visible on the transaction list). However, NO TICKET at all is visible in the “My tickets” section — neither available, nor an expired one. So, I feel like I’ve been robbed.

Not sure why I expected this app to work. But it doesn’t.
As with almost nearly every app made in this country. It doesn’t work half the time. Great when it does work. It would be much more helpful if it worked all the time.
Update: if I could give this app zero stars I would. I just bought a ticket to go from Pozzuoli to Montesanto and the app allowed me to purchase the ticket without issue. But there was in fact an issue. The Montesanto stop is closed for renovations and yet the developers didn’t think this app through enough to notify its customers of train closures. Classic Italian ingenuity!
