Used this app a bunch on our trip to Amalfi. Seemed to work just fine đ paid on the app ahead of time for reduced prices. Flashed the ticket(s) and QR Code(s) to the bus driver once we hopped on - no problem.

Shockingly works
Just used in amalfi. Works best if youâre next to/near the station you want to use bc the map is a bit disorienting for those not familiar with the area. Was able to use Ravello > Amalfi bc our initial tickets were one ways! When you activate, it begins counting down and shows â625â. Iâm guessing seconds but it doesnât clarify. So activate when you see the bus stoping and people get off.

As an international traveler avoid!
This app is better suited with those that have the means to contact customer support with a mobile number since it has so many bugs.
I purchased tickets using the app and it charged my credit card but never entered my account (I waited and checked repeatedly for about a day). Contacting the support email provided sends you on a scavenger hunt to eventually get directed to a phone number you canât call unless you have a cell number.

Non posso acquistare i biglietti.
Questa app è pessima. Ho aggiunto 5 ⏠di credito per acquistare due biglietti per Positano, ma quando provo a completare l'acquisto, che costa 4,80 âŹ, compare un messaggio che dice che il pagamento non è andato a buon fine, nonostante abbia selezionato l'opzione con 5 ⏠di credito. Ora non so cosa fare... Ho bisogno di una soluzione urgente!!!

No ticket after payment
Iâve just registered and bought a ticket successfully (transaction visible on the transaction list). However, NO TICKET at all is visible in the âMy ticketsâ section â neither available, nor an expired one. So, I feel like Iâve been robbed.

Not sure why I expected this app to work. But it doesnât.
As with almost nearly every app made in this country. It doesnât work half the time. Great when it does work. It would be much more helpful if it worked all the time.
Update: if I could give this app zero stars I would. I just bought a ticket to go from Pozzuoli to Montesanto and the app allowed me to purchase the ticket without issue. But there was in fact an issue. The Montesanto stop is closed for renovations and yet the developers didnât think this app through enough to notify its customers of train closures. Classic Italian ingenuity!

Works well!
The low reviews worried me but I had no issues using the app to buy tickets for the airport bus and the city buses! Itâs a little complicated to know which ticket to buy (many options with different companies) but youâll figure it out.

For newcomers it is impossible to navigate. I had already used it in the past so it was easy.

App has improved
The app is working as far as I can tell (sitting stateside). I was able to create an account, login and find a bus from Positano to Salerno that I could have purchased a ticket for. Iâll add a fifth star if things work as they should when Iâm there in November.
Very frustrating experience
You just cannot bypass the terms page so the app is unusable very frustrating

Oggi ho comprato un biglietto EAV corsa singola NA3 e lâapplicazione pur avendo preso i soldi dal borsello (credito in app) non mi ha caricato il biglietto lasciandomi scoperto e potenzialmente passibile di multa nel caso in cui avessi preso il mezzo. Sono senza parole, noi ragazzi universitari (cosĂŹ come i lavoratori) abbiamo fortemente bisogno di questo servizio, che ĂŠ però davvero di basso livello.
Ho sottoposto il problema allâassistenza e mi hanno detto che han fatto una segnalazione interna, senza nemmeno scandire un tempo minimo di risoluzione. Sono senza parole

Useless app if you want to buy tickets - topped up 10 euro and it didnât work
App issues
App in theory should work but the company have a message displayed on explore screen which you cannot clear due to bad formatting for iPhone. Next to useless now !!
Pressing the donât show again button doesnât help as you still canât see the button to close the message. iPhone plus is fine but not iPhone. Bad screen formatting

ma ora quando vorrei entrare nella funzione esplora si apre un banner relativo alla sicurezza che però non scrolla e cosĂŹ non riesco a dare lâok perchĂŠ si chiuda. Per questo motivo non è piĂš utilizzabile
