Can't use app to message hotel
It becomes pretty much just a list of things. It would be more helpful if you could actually contact the front desk with it.
Decent app but often doesn’t work.
I used this before my trip and at the wonderful Unico resort. The biggest problem is the app will not function- it opens to an error message. Others in our group had the same issue.

Doesn’t work for reservations
This app does not work to book restaurant reservations before arrival. Once you receive your confirmation number and try to schedule you cannot change the quantity of people to proceed. What’s the point?
Broken in 2022, just like the rest of the hotel.
Used to be great, our favorite hotel and a great app. Now the app doesn’t work at all and so has the service at the hotel.
App is garbage just like the hotel
This app doesn’t work properly. I try to order room service at 5pm for beers to be delivered at 7pm to my room and nothing is available until 4 am. Seems like a constant theme at the hotel. It’s all smoke and mirrors food is horrible (they say from the best chefs in the area lol) drinks are wretched and employees are meh at best.
