Gives incorrect information
The app doesn’t alert you that a bus has a diversion, meaning you may wait for a bus that will never arrive.
Apple Pay interrupts QR code scanning
Whenever I try to scan the qr code Apple Pay automatically pops up due to the card reader in the same area as the qr code scanner. Please fix this by either separating the card reader and qr reader on the bus or create a software fix. It’s very embarrassing having to hold the bus up and try multiple times due to the lousy engineering

App tries to charge you twice
I paid for multi trips on app but everytime I activate the ticket and hold it under the reader it automatically brings up Apple Pay and tries to charge me twice. The express pay on my Apple Pay is turned off but the app has the Apple Pay saved as the preferred method with no option to remove it

Tickets transferred successfully
Was able to login by creating a new account with the same email as Click2Ride. It took a little for my tickets to appear but they are available now. Thanks to support team for advice!
