Imagine sending money to your bank app on Jan 21 but yesterday I went to buy some food to eat but this fools 😡 disappointed me. Having money in your bank account and can’t be able to withdraw it. So I’ll need to go to the bank this bank is just rubbish bank I swear 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

If I could give no star that is what I will give, worst customer service ever, my account was blocked and they need me to notorise it with an amount that is outrageous, customer service won’t respond and when they do, they don’t solve the issue for you, all I want is to close down my account with you as soon as possible

I need my account back and my money, or else I swear I’ll get to the bottom line of this. I called this people in front of my manger but they wouldn’t pick up either. Kuda gave this people time to provide proof that the money was sent erroneously but they didn’t respond back either that’s why they lifted the ban from the account. So why won’t my bank do the same the same. You guy should contact palpate and let them know customer need his money or else I’ll sue my bank for damages and failure to request court order before freezing my bank. I’ve been banking with union for years now so what’s all this?

It’s a very nice app, you can link up your business account and sayings in one go and transfer from them, honestly union mobile is the best

Very poor app. It did not let me make transfer’s and It’s not letting me sign back into the app. Too many trials may lock my account and I am a avoiding that

There’s no point in adding the hide balance feature if it’s still going to show my account balance when I want to send money! Please fix it and make sure the account balance stays hidden!
