Exceptionally bad
From an organisation so large as Unite, this is an utterly devastatingly poor showing. The app looks antiquated, and I cannot get past the «type in your phone number» registration slide no matter how much I try to restart the app, phone etc. I am already activated online, yet this app seems to want to activate me again. Complete waste of union money.

Unable to use
Unable to even get into the app as it says it can’t verify my details. Registered on the web version and login and use with no problems.
Can’t seem to re register on the app and it can’t seem to match my details with the web version.
Contacted support several times and they can’t sort it out. Can’t even find my Unite membership even though been a member for 35+ years

No way back!
Was able to set up the app easily and scroll through the many offers - however, when I select an offer and am directed to their site I can’t get back to the app! The back button presents by my phone time in the top left corner and no matter how hard I try it won’t click back! I have to delete the app and reinstall to get back to the home page. Very inconvenient.

How to use it if you can’t register on app- (service error) no password on website and not sending new one when trying to reset, very disappointing.
